Transparent post: I needed to change BC but my insurance didn’t cover it at first and then when they did they needed the Dr. to send info why I need a certain one. THIS STAFF IS A1!! The nurses in the front, pharmacy, tech and Dr. were all kind and patient. They returned my call and called me back when they said they would. They made calls to my insurance company to make sure I didn’t slip between the cracks. Everything was resolved and I have the exact care I needed. This is what you want from your doctor’s office!

This is my first experience with having a primary care doctor since moving states and I’m so glad I found them.

From the time I checked in to the moment I left, I felt very seen and taken care of.

I had wonderful experiences with both Dr. Nowakhtar and Dr. Early. They made my OBGYN appointments informative, comfortable, and they were always approachable for any questions. Thanks to them, my almost 2 year old now is as healthy as can be. Thank you both for being fantastic doctors and always looking to protect us and keep us safe! I’ll miss your kind spirits!

This is the worst clinic I have ever dealt with. I waited 3 months for my appointment, and just one hour before the scheduled time, they called me to say the doctor couldn’t see me! Now I have to wait more than two months for the next appointment. This is simply unacceptable! Such treatment of patients is outright disrespectful. Instead of solving the problem, they just delay everything, and patients’ health and needs are clearly their lowest priority. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic!

This clinic is the worst clinic I ever had. Because I had to wait 2 months but still I couldn't see the doctor and they only give telephone visits how do they check patients with a telephone call? That's terrible. Again reschedule after 2 weeks.

I am glad I’m going to be changing providers. I had an emergency so I needed to reschedule my appointment. This would have been my first time being seen there. They wanted to schedule my appointment til mid August, August! Wow that’s a long time especially for a new patient. No, I’m not saying because I’m a new patient. I should have priority, but you just wanna make you feel welcomed. This is your health and you want to be in a place where you feel comfortable but started like that, no thank you. If I could I would give them No stars ⭐️.

I waited 2 months for a phone appointment so that I can get long awaited referrals. When it was finally time for my appointment, they never called me. I had to call them and ask to speak to a supervisor.
After 3 days of waiting for the supervisor to call back, I called again and they are telling me I'll have to wait another 3 months for a new appointment. Even though they are they ones who dropped the ball and never called me for my appointment.

I'm switching immediately to another doctors office, please don't waste your time with these people.
