I had an excellent experience at the Digestive Health Clinic this week. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The doctor took the time to listen carefully, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire visit. I left feeling confident in the care I received and truly appreciated the respectful, patient-centered approach. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-notch digestive care!

Camile (not my nurse, but I noticed how caring she treated other patients), Sara, Brig were amazing.

Unfortunately, the man at the front desk was rude and short upon check in. When my nurse came out for me in waiting room, she didn't look at me and called my name as she looked towards the door. Maybe having a bad day. She never warmed up much after that.

Other than that, the rest of the staff were amazing & professional including Dr. Morani.

Professional & efficient staff. Excellent care at this facility.

This was the most professional health center office that I have ever been to the staff was very pleasant and very professional. Every one here knew their role i will definitely recommend this valley digestive health center to everyone and a very special thanks to the nurse that took my vitals it was really great speaking with her about everything. GREAT JOB THANKS ONCE AGAIN!!!!!

Staff were awesome! They were all friendly, attentive and helpful. The only issue I had was finding the place. There aren’t any signs in the parking lot to direct you to the office. My GPS directed me to the parking lot with similar buildings and that was it.

I had a wonderful experience at this outpatient facility. The nurses were exceptional, and they really helped me feel at ease. Everything went smoothly and on schedule. One nurse who truly stood out was my recovery nurse, Bethany. She was incredibly compassionate and attentive to my needs after the procedure. I’m so grateful for how she helped make an anxious and vulnerable time feel much more manageable and positive. Thank you!

I really don't know how you could improve on their customer service!
First, every single rep was beyond polite, courteous, and efficient...what a welcome pleasure!
Second, their communications were the best I've seen. From phone calls, to texts, to emails. to the portal, it was hard NOT to informed!
Finally, the personal experience at the clinic; from the moment we were pleasantly greeted, paperwork done efficiently, AND I WAS TAKEN IN EARLY!!! Yes...EARLY!!!
Then, my nurse was incredibly nice and competent...made me feel at ease.
The anesthesiologist came to get me and, again, she was very pleasant, competent...and the queen of sleep! LOL
Dr. Tarakji was professional, prompt, calm and clear, and confidence inspiring.
Next thing I knew, I was in recovery.
If if wasn't for the Prep, I'd do it all over again tomorrow! Well, maybe not...but maybe just for the sleep!

Everything went like clockwork.Professional staff ,courteous & polite inside the "prep "/ recovery room & finally the exam room. Clean facility. Special shout outs to those who attended to me from Camille who took my vitals & explained the procedure; my anaesthesiologist & Dr Nguyen who all made me feel at ease. Can't be more grateful to everyone ! Minor improvement can be done at the reception staff ..I found her less gracious. All in all an excellent experience. Will recommend !

Excellent experience. Information provided in advance, appointment was on time, staff was caring, attentive and professional. Dr explained everything including what follow up care should look like. All in all, for a procedure no one enjoys, it was a very good place to have this procedure done. Five stars!
