My 'doctor' attended the Albert Einstein Medical school. Pretty impressive...? No.

Totally impotent. Had acute shoulder pain... doctor said it was only a sprain, without nothing more than a raise your hands test.

When I went to a doctor that could prescribe real, effective analgesics, and had an MRI, a severely torn bursa.

That entire building is support staffed with people who would otherwise be unemployable.

Plenty of parking on the back. There's a sign that says "Urgent Care is FULL" but it's only half filled. I still checked in with no problem. But In April or May of 2024, the admission lady said "they'd reach the capacity" although the waiting room isn't full.

Also, I've run into issues here a few times about my insurance at the UC & pharmacy. Last time the Asian guy told me I have Kaiser (which no longer valid cuz I quit). I told him that it's no longer valid cuz I have new one. He gave me a number to call. The agent rep insisted that they need a letter from my insurance (which also pointing fingers to them). This happened 2x. Kaiser was automatic but not the new one? I was turned down twice at the urgent care. This is unacceptable. They said they can't bill the insurance. I never had an issue at Kaiser with my multiple visits the ER & always has my new insurance. Then why I have PCP & other doctors at VMC if they can't bill my new insurance?

On 6/17, they called me to let me know that they can't give me my med cuz I have Kaiser (which was canceled a year ago). This is ridiculous cuz I have no medicine for 3 days now. They told me a TOTALLY different instruction this time & I need to go to the office. Different story now. This is making my anxiety worse without my medication. They can't see that my prescription was issued by my PCP there?

The lady Olga Vargas guided me so well when I was in need of urgent care. I had a few others during the morning sending me on a wild goose chase that got me no where; all this while being sick. Olga told me exactly what I needed to do and directed me where to go as she was very concern for my well-being.

The services provided here are very thorough. The only downside is that walk-ins are going to have to wait several hours and risk not being seen, depending what time the patient arrives. Great staff, super long wait time.

Wait is long and you gotta be ready to wait for 3 hours or more to see doctor , they will tell you the wait time before so you won’t be surprised. staff are nice and helpful .

We came at 6:00 pm they booked me for 10:00 pm and the assistant said to me you are good, it could have been worse lol.. it’s 8:21 let’s see how this goes. But for now horrible experience and horrible customer service.
