Update: 5/22/25 Thursday afternoon
Not busy. Wait time at urgent care unit is fast until past 6 PM. Never had problem checking in unlike the downtown that always turns me down the past 2 years because they can't fix their record. They're smart and good skills here!

The nurses & doctor Balachandran are so nice! They're short staff so be patient. They have power outlets to charge your phones.

I love the landscape here! Thank you to Dr. Kim too.

My grandma has gone to this clinic and has always been treated very well they care so much about her and her well being! I gave birth in valley medical and had such a beautiful experience at their hospital. I was referred to go to this clinic for my son with doctor Pham she is so wonderful and meets all my needs and questions they care so much about him and prioritize him. today he had something a bit concerning to me and Jessica at the call support helped me schedule a appointment as soon as she could find it. I’m so happy to be apart of this clinic and forever be grateful for their support 🫶🏻🥹

I really like the doctors taking care of children here...They are very helpful, my child has been with the family doctor here since birth but has a bad experience every time my child has to go to the room. lab, I don't remember her name but she's Asian but she's so rude to children, she didn't take the blood correctly so she had to pull out the needle 2-3 times to get a blood valve while my child was too small. to endure. My nephew also had a similar experience. She was acting very upset or something.

They always make my Ob appointments for a specific time and check me in about 40-50 mins later. I have to continuously ask them when it will be my turn. Then once inside the doctor takes long as well. Several times I have had to open the door and asked someone if I will be seen or to give me my discharge papers.

The older woman who worked the desk today, during the evening, 5/21/24 didn’t guarantee good customer service. Neither friendly nor helpful I don’t recommend.
