Is anyone having the same issue as me. I call dental for an appointment. Instead of waiting on hold. Answering machine say due to high volume calls you will be hanged up. Doesn't matter when I call during work hours. I always get the same response.

Dr. Danielle Acosta is the best doctor I have ever had. She is so down to earth and she means business when it comes to my health. I enjoy my doctor visits and video visits with her. I am so lucky to have her as my PCP. I am so glad she takes Santa Clara Family Health Plan. The place is always clean, and bathrooms are clean too. I am very much a satisfied patient here at Valley Health Center Sunnyvale. This place is just blocks away from my apartment!

I go to OBGYN at this location. Their system does not allow you to make appointment online, have to wait in line for > 30 min before someone picks up the phone.

The NP canceled my first appointment 5 mins before my arrival. The appointment had to be postponed for >1month. My test results returned bad and NP told me some nurse would call me to make an appointment but they never did.

I called several times back and finally someone told me that their first availability would be in 2 months.

This Health Center is really nice, organized and clean. The staff is nice and friendly. My mom goes here and they all make feel welcome. Some even know her name! They are usually fast with appointments going in and out. No lines or too much waiting in the pharmacy.

The laboratory receptionist, whose name is "ROCHO" (I don't know if this spelling is correct), is an evil woman. Yesterday I checked 4 hormones in this laboratory because my blood test required me to take medicine in advance and test on time. I made a reservation in advance, but the receptionist said no reservation was needed. But when I arrived at the laboratory at 8:07 in the morning, there was already a long line. I need to do three tests here before 11:00 in the morning, and I need to go to another city to check another one. I am an senior and don’t have a car, so I came here by bus. If I can't do these three things right away in this laboratory without wasting time, the medicine I take may be ineffective. I told "ROCHO" my situation and she said no! A kind person at the front of the queue heard about my situation and offered to give me her seat. But this "ROCHO" still doesn't let me check in advance.
Not only that. There was an senior man in front of me who didn't speak English. When he gave her his senior citizen ID, "ROCHO" deliberately asked him his name and address, making things difficult for the old man. She discriminates against the elderly, she discriminates against Asians! How can such an evil person do service work?

currently a member, and to make an appointment they take so long and always putting you on hold for more than an hour just to tell you they have no physician's available not even your care giver because they have appointment till more than 2 months apart. Your health can get worse and they dont have availability any time soon.

I tried to get an appointment for a flu shot at another medical center but the soonest was a month and 1/2 away. Came to the walk in clinic here. There was no wait. The person checking me in was very pleasant and so was the pharmacist giving me the shot. Overall very positive experience.
