Chris is the owner and he is so awesome. I have a special needs son so I ordered a special stroller for my son from him. When I went to pick it up he showed me everything about the stroller and explained all the questions when I asked him. He helped to put the stroller inside my car because it’s heavy for me to lift. He offered me if I have any question just let him know. I have the best experience with Valley Health Care Supply. Thank you for your service!!!

ANYONE that goes to this place WILL BE SORRY. They DONT have ANYONE in the sales department that Know what their saying or doing. My son bought me a walker rollator there unfortunately and the woman that waited on us had NO IDEA what she was doing. I’d Never bought one so didn’t know until after that the one she sold us was for someone that weighted up to 400#. I’m less than half that weight. So I was having the seat fixed and realized the weight limit when I saw a tag underneath the seat. So I asked the owner if he would exchange it with a lighter model and he said NO. I almost lost it I COULDNT BELIEVE the owner was as bad as his mother that sold it to my son. He wouldn’t he said I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. Ok now someone tell me how I would have known the difference. I’ve Never bought one and didn’t know anything about buying one their SUPPOSED TO BE THE EXPERTS. Trust me everyone DONT BUY THEIR IF YOU DONT KNOW ALL THE RIGHT QUESTIONS TO ASK. Because they SURE WONT ASK YOU, probably cuz they don’t have any idea what their Doing. After I got home I called 3 other stores that sold them (not in Merced) and they ALL SAID they’d have switched it for me if it was them. So anyone that HAS TO GO THERE PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST.
GOOD LUCK cuz it’s NOT a Nice or Friendly place. Wish I’d of gone to Merced Medical Supply cuz there a WONDERFUL place and VERY FRIENDLY people. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE.

Very disrespectful!!!!! They sold us a chair that we paid 1200$ for. It broke within 4 months and they refuse to give a refund. The manager will constantly hang up on you and she has a attitude all the time. This is a great place to get scammed!

From the phone call to the time we walked out the door, the staff at Valley were amazing! Very helpful and courteous. Saved me $40 as Pacific medical, and/or orthotics supply on Olive ave said state insurance doesn't cover crutches and was charging me $40 for a covered benefit under Alliance. Thank you Valley staff for all your help!

Very bad service they lost my chart then they said they sent it too the doctor why it was already ready my chart was ready too get my power chair fix first they told me too go too doctor and get a prescription I did the valley health care told me the can help after the 27th of Aug today is sep 1 and they sent my chart back too the doctor very bad service of course I am upset and they are acting like the victim I can barely walk and then they go off on me it's been alot back forth I would never buy any there it stops working their stuff

Anna was very nice and got me mine hospital bed within two days after being release from the hospital and a week after got my powerchair and Matthew the delivery driver was awesome show me how to work everything
