I want to thank Dr Fink and Nurse Taylor for being amazing with me yesterday. For changing my life for better. I’m 32 weeks pregnant and I went to L&D Triage because I felt severly sick and they took great care of me with IV fluids and medications and now I feel like a completely new person. I am able to sleep and drink anything without running to the bathroom or feel any discomfort when laying in bed. I am extremely happy. It’s been a while i haven’t felt this confortable when sleeping. I was able to hug my pillow all night and sleep like a baby. It feels good to feel back to normal. I also want to thank all Staff for always being so amazing and caring. This is my hospital. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Ive had a nighmare experience in the past at another hospital that’s 8 minutes from my house in Auburn and wouldnt ever go back. That same night I left that hospital to go to VMC probably 1 hour after waiting because staff were so rude had no urgency to see me and have no compassion for anyone and took them a while to connect my baby to doppler while being pregnant and I was bleeding. I didn’t let them do anything else after and I rushed to VMC after the doppler because i didn’t feel like they wanted to help me. I love VMC. They are my people very welcoming and caring especially when pregnant. They treat you like priority when something is wrong.

My wife had an excellent experience at Labor Center. The staff was not only professional and compassionate but also respectful of my religious beliefs and practices throughout the process. They ensured all my preferences were honored, creating a comforting and supportive environment. The nurses and doctors provided exceptional care, ensuring both mom and baby were comfortable and safe. The facility was clean, well-equipped. Highly recommend this center for a smooth and caring childbirth experience.

Later on the ER room They were attentive to my son needs, and efficient in providing treatment. The facility was clean and well-organized, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this ER for anyone seeking prompt and high-quality medical care.

I was diagnosed with colon cancer in August of 2020. I have been lucky to have dealt with some of the best physicians and specialists for my care. Dr. Dean performed my colon surgery. I could not have asked for better bedside manner and a kinder person. He has help me through this entire process and has saved my life twice. I will be forever grateful! On top of that, my oncology team headed by Dr. Arora and Dr. Liu have been truly incredible. They have been critical in helping me get through chemotherapy and into further operations. I also appreciate the nurses and support staff who have been so kind to me throughout my entire Cancer journey. Thank you Valley for giving me hope!

This place is the WORST! I busted my knee and royally messed up the other one, and right from the jump, this place sucks. For starters, they couldn't be bothered to get me the proper leg brace. And the one they did give me, they secured it incorrectly. Then, I am told that a doctor will talk with me about the xray and CT scan of the injury. Nope! Instead, they tell me that I can go. I couldn't walk! They give me crutches that don't fit and tell me to walk out. I dang-near collapse on the way, only to be put in a wheelchair and rolled out to the lobby with a good luck. No effort to find a way to get me home. They gave me two numbers that they know wouldn't work, based on where I live. Out of desperation, I call one of the numbers. The fire department CARES team is shocked when I tell them how little is being done to help me. They call the charge nurse, who then sends her flunkie to give me another number to cabulance. I call them, and they are equally baffled, because I shouldn't be the one calling them. The hospital should have. So I call the FD CARES people back and tell them what happened. They are again baffled and call the charge nurse. Now she comes and tells me that either I can find a way out, or get readmitted with no guarantee that insurance will cover it. I cannot walk! My fiancée, wisest woman I know, says I should get readmitted. So I do.

From where, I have to wait for three days to get the right kind of brace, but the PT people don't help me to get acquainted with it or learn how to use it. Any help trying to walk with it. The PA of the doctor's office I scheduled an appointment with today tells me that I am going to need surgery on my busted leg. Okay. So I schedule an appointment for today, but the appointment is canceled without my knowledge by the charge nurse because they moved my discharge back to tomorrow. I am right here! So is their office! They couldn't wheelchair me over?! Really?! Now I have to wait until the beginning of next month to get a doctor to tell me I need surgery, and I get to go to a skilled nursing facility because their PT people couldn't be bothered to try and help me. Valley Medical Center is the WORST medical establishment. They hate their patients. Come at your peril.

We had a family member that recently had a surgery here we appreciate the surgeon and the anesthesiologist along with the PA team however very disappointed with the nursing care we were on the 7th floor for post Orthopedic surgeries and our nurse Annika failed to provide thorough nursing care and lacked compassion. She was passive aggressive and unprofessional at times. No nursing assessments were done by either day shift or night shift nurses. And the standard of care just seemed very low did not feel like my family member was given the care that they needed after surgery. Did not feel like family member care needs were met again appreciate the surgical team but very disappointed in the nurses. The night shift nurse didn't even know where the operation happened. Also was relying on family member for skin assessment when that could have been done by the nurse herself. Also notice lack of proper hand hygiene and IVs were not being flushed

Valley Medical Center is a good hospital up the hill in Renton, WA. My younger sister was there for the COVID-19 treatment last year, and the staff took good care of her. She recovered in a short period.

Right before Thanksgiving this year, my other younger sister was rushed to the hospital for a stroke. She never recovered, and we sadly lost her on the third day. However, the hospital staff was so accommodating with the big family we have going in to see my sister in the ICU, but then one of the nurses lost her patience on the last day when they pulled the plug on my younger sister, Lisa.

Despite losing my younger sister, I highly recommend this hospital to anyone who needs help.

RN Jacee Wong did a bone biopsy without any medications whatsoever other than lidocaine which did not help very much at all as can be attested to by All In operating room. She told me that she would not provide any pain medication, I thought she was referring to after visit medication, not medication during procedure. I do not understand why JC Wong would not provide me with some relief during the procedure, as a result I do not want to see her again in any way.
In my opinion she is a sadist and would rather see me in pain then risk losing her ability to do these procedures. If I had known she was only an RN I would never have agreed to her providing the procedure. Dr Arora assures me this will not happen again, I'm not confident in this. Since he is an actual doctor, I believe he should be providing these procedures. JC Wong is inconsiderate and uncaring about her patients. Although she may mean well, it is not well for me or any of her patients. I want her off my case now. Sincerely, Dan
