From the moment I walked in i was greeted and the front staff was very nice! My ultrasound tech was amazing and explained what we were looking at the entire time! John Elliott was so compassionate and understanding! He took the time to speak with us regarding a lot of heath issues and risks I have faced this pregnancy! I left feeling less stressed and all my questions answered. I can not say enough wonderful things about him! I highly recommend him! Thank you so much for being such a caring doctor!!!

I was referred to come the Valley Perinatal Estrella office due to previous hypertension. My BP stayed good throughout my pregnancy, but was still high risk, so I was still getting ultrasounds done here every 4 weeks and then weekly. I can not say enough good things about the office. Everyone we encountered were so amazing. The front office staff are all so kind and helpful. Very chill. Raina and Sam are our favorite ultrasound techs. Very personable and knowledgeable. Sam really treats your baby like they are already here. She talks to them and you can truly see her passion in her job at ever visit. Both Raina and Sam really make sure everything looks good with baby and have a good eye for anything that could be wrong with baby. Blessed to have been able to go to such a wonderful office. We only had to see Dr. Williams once, but she was very informative and kind.

Definitely the worst experience of my life. The front office at the Estrella office is extremely rude!
I know everyone is there for all different reasons but for some women they have anxiety going to places like this especially when they are monitoring you so be treated horribly when you walk in is not something that should be happening. I had a guy as my ultrasound tech and did not talk once , did not explain anything until I had to ask if everything was ok. He decided to tell me my babies head and stomach were measuring small and when I asked what that meant he told me he couldn't tell me anything without misguiding me. I had to go the entire night with anxiety and tears until I could call my OB the next morning for some type of reassurance. I truly wish I didn't have to come to a place like this but unfortunately my OB refers out for ultrasounds but this hands down has been the worst experience.

We are SO happy with the service we received at Valley Perinatal. Our ultrasound provider (Reina) was amazing!!! She obviously was extremely experienced and professional, yet had such a passion for the service she provides. She is SO friendly, explained everything she was doing and answered all of our questions. Great Job Reina!

Valley Perinatal kept us sane during a difficult, very high risk pregnancy with our son. He came through and though he has some difficulties still to overcome I credit Valley Perinatal and specifically Dr. Elliott and Dr. Franco for saving Silas's life. We cannot thank this office enough. Nearly two years later, Valley Perinatal is also overseeing our current pregnancy, and they have been extremely proactive in handling my care and responsive when we have had concerns. I was hysterical trying to be seen because I was in major pain and convinced something was wrong- turns out it was a kidney stone!!!- but they got us in immediately and took really good care of us. Everyone is amazing, from the front office, to the ultrasound staff, to the phlebotomist who drew my blood. We also saw Dr. Williams and she is warm, receptive, and very intelligent. I love that they will give you all of the information and help you arm yourself with the education to understand it. Thank God for Valley Perinatal.
