The team that did my fitting and training were great. The CPAP has changed my life. The resupply was fine, but attempted to get assistance on the phone and was shuffled between different offices and/or numbers that went to voice mail. The team needs a review of phone routing and customer service to support your customers. Everything communicates - poor phone service communicates a non caring service provider.

When my first oxygen concentrator was delivered he said up didn't explain anything to me and left and also told me if I have any issues they have 24-hour emergency available for me to call. After having the machine a couple of days it stopped working in the middle of the night I call that emergency number that he gave to me and nobody answered so I waited a little bit and I tried again and again and again I was up all night and I called about every 45 minutes nobody ever answered that emergency number so finally the next day I got a hold of someone in the office opened and they did bring me a new concentrator. Fast forward to today 4 months later and now this concentrator has a red light on and it's beeping and won't work I called at 9:45 this morning and told them and they said they would bring out a new machine I asked if they could just bring it after 1:00 cuz I wouldn't be home before 1:00 they said sure no problem but when no one was still showed up by 4:45 p.m. I called and told them someone was supposed to come today and no one's shown up yet she put me on hold got back on the line 5 minutes later and said he was in route to my house. By 7:30 p.m. I realized she lied to me so I called again only now it was the emergency number and amazingly somebody did answer and explained everything to him so now he says he'll bring out a machine but it's going to be between 8:30 and 10:30 tonight so I have to stay up now and wait and hopefully he shows up. If I had my choice I would never deal with this company they are the worst.

It is very annoying to have lengthy holding times on calls placed to their office. It also frustrates me immensely that I can't talk directly to someone at my location. I have to use a go between with the person who answers the phone (wherever they are) who then contacts the person I need to talk to who relays my question or message while I'm waiting on hold. I was told they are all with clients which is a fabrication. I was there this morning at 11:00 a.m. and I was the only one there. Also I was not contacted about ordering supplies which the literature they provided states users should be contacted 45-60 days before expiration. I had to call them. Nobody answered the phone and I had to leave voice mail. About 2 hours later I received their phone call. The person said I wasn't due until next month. That was incorrect. She ordered them for me and I received an email stating some parts of my order are out of stock and are on back order. So now I have to use a mask that needs to be replaced. When I asked why I wasn't contacted she didn't have an answer. Record keeping seems to be lacking and needs improvement. I hope I won't need to go through this process when I need supplies next time.

Thanks to Denise Butler I had a wonderful introduction to my new Bi Pap machine. This could have easily deteriorated to a very puzzling, very frustrating experience, but thanks to her knowledge, long experience and incredible communication skills I’m now ready to manage my battle with afib and get back to sleeping well and living well again! Outstanding service all around. Thank you very much, Denise! For me, it was a life changing seminar.

I am getting multiple charges on my credit card. We were told $60 a month for a cpap, and now we are getting change $221.00.

UPDATE: I called, and I came to find out the $221.00 is for supplies. It seems I was clicking on something to approve in email. (NOT THIER FAULT this one is on me) They also explained that I get billed every month for just the cpap - the rest is supplies. However, they did offer to take back the supplies. The point is that they had some good customer service and explained to me in detail. I appreciated the fact they took the time with me on the phone. My wife was having the same issue and that explains alot there too. We have to be more careful in the future. Sorry Valley Rez. My bad.

I’d like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire staff at Valley Respiratory Services and in particular Ms. Butler, who was the Respiratory Tech that issued my machine. Her orientation, detailed nature, kindness and courteousness went a long way. I have dealt with a good number of DME companies and can say they and she are hands down the most amazing staff.

She was knowledgeable, made sure you understood every single aspect of your machine, supplies, care, etc…

Not everyone takes the time to be as thorough, let alone as polite and courteous. If more people were like her and like the staff at Valley Respiratory, the world would surely be a much better place.

I hope that this review makes it to her so she knows that for the many that may come and be rude or uncaring, there will at least be one person who does notice and appreciates it.

Thank you for the support and all the information.

The doctor wrote a prescription that the insurance company would need a pre qualification to fill and I notified Valley Respiratory once they received the prescription. After a week went by I called to check on the progress and they informed me that they had not and would not contact the insurance company or my doctor and they had done nothing. They said I had to pay out of pocket and then deal with my insurance. I am asking my doctor if he can connect me with a different comnanv as these people will not work with my situation. I obviously don't recommend them to anyone. I would give them zero stars.
I’m updating this as it’s been three weeks since I wrote it and the owner replied that he/she would have a member of their management team reach out to me.
I have not been contacted by anyone.

I didn't have a choice as my insurance only offers the use of 2 facilities, this one was the closest to me. I waited over 7 weeks to get an appointment. On one of my follow up calls to the facility to get the appointment I was told my info was at the Mesa location, I informed them of my address and asked them to move my info to their facility closest to me. When I received the call to make my appointment I asked again about the location and was told it was corrected. When I went in for my appointment I wasn't on the books at the location closest to me, I was told it was booked at the Mesa location. The front desk person did give me the equipment but I didn't get a consultation. I asked for a call from the office manager and never received one. Don't use this facility if you don't have to.
