Amazing group. Joann is so sweet and informative. They are so helpful fast and getting you in. I am feeling like there is light at the end of my tunnel. I am so grateful to be referred to this group. They really know what they're doing.

Dr. Ahmed is hands down, the best and most understanding physician I have ever had. I don't ever want to deal with another sleep specialist because he's been so helpful! I even don't utilize the VA for my sleep disorder because this care has been that life changing for me. Truly.

The front staff is also incredible. Very kind and patient, and always make sure my needs are met.

I don't know how to thank Dr. Ahmed and the front staff enough for helping me at every turn! I think they deserve pay raises, extra PTO, bonuses, you name it. You can't find staff like this for your facility.

ASK FOR DR. AHMED FOR SEVERE SLEEP DISORDERS, HES AWESOME.

I received a passive-aggressive text "1 day notice to avoid $100 fee". I had a car rented to make the appointment and they cancelled because the provider was sick. Where's my $100? I've had my appointment for 3 months, now I have to wait another 2 months. When I rescheduled there was no apology given. I told her, "You could say sorry" and she just said "ok". Terrible!

Office staff need to pay more attention to what they are doing. My CPAP order was sent to Valley Sleep Therapy even after they acknowledged they don’t take my insurance. I am still waiting for the order to be sent to Preferred Homecare who are already behind. Hence they contributed to a week delay even though I contacted them right away to ask to correct the error. Very disappointed with the quality of care and service. Truly felt I was in an assembly line and care about their bottom line; not their patient

I just had my sleep study and I had a great experience! Larry was an excellent technician, very kind and knowledgeable. He let me know what was happening every step of the way so I wouldn't be nervous. Highly recommend this location and company!

I use to think highly of this location and how understanding and caring l fast and efficient they were to even go above and beyond but that has gone out the window after i just got off the phone with a respiratory tech however you call them at the Mesa valley sleep center location by the name of Kelly try to explain my situation regarding my CPAP and AHI has been rising and explain to her my concerns and i can tell immediately she could care less about my concerns or how i felt this location has gone down the drain this is not a free service my insurance pays for this is not a free hand out this not what it use to be very disappointing cant believe you get people like this. felt left out and hopeless such a horrible experience and phone call experience

Horrible staff I had an appointment rescheduled with out updating me so my first time visiting wasn't great. She was like I'm sorry you got the date wrong. Then the second time the staff forgot I was there for an hour and half. Then lied tried to say that the doc was just running behind. However 7 people came and left while I waited plus those who were there before me. I don't appreciate the lying to cover tracks after the first staffed made it clear they forgot about me. Then wait 20 more minutes. Still nothing. Very unprofessional. I then call to explain to the office manager what had happened. Again she tried to say it was the doctor being behind however he saw over 10 patient's while I was there. I have worked in a doctor's office and I can tell you that they were moving patients through in a very timely manner. Still no apology. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Avoid this office. Rude staff, poor management, doesn’t honor appointment times, and not worth the trouble. You can order an at home sleep test through your insurance, ENT doc, neurologist, or even schedule a virtual appointment with an online doc (Google it). Then have a prescription filled at any sleep apnea supply company.

Original appointment took 2 months to schedule, they made me wait 45 minutes after checking in, they only spent 15 minutes with me, ordered was a home test, then rudely ushered me out. Follow up appointment had better bedside manner, but they still made me wait 30 minutes after check-in. Final appointment, I showed up late but within the grace period, the front office staff was extremely slow checking me in, they began to helping me ~20 minutes after check-in time, but tried to have me reschedule for another day because they were incapable of processing insurance changes during the visit. No thanks, I’m done.
