While the people I have seen and spoken to in person are kind, EVERYTHING is a delay! It took from Sept until June to get a cpap. I still have issues with the mask fitting correctly. I have been open to almost every appointment offered. Now I’m waiting for a script from the sleep center office to get to the sleep therapy office. I saw them on Tuesday and it’s now Friday and they still don’t have it. The only thing that moves quickly in this office is how fast they want a copay handed to them. When I explained that insurance coverage will be changing and I need to complete this process ASAP, I was told there is nothing that can be done. This is a process problem that needs to be fixed. Your patients are the ones suffering. You can do better.

Placed my first order for supplies 2 weeks ago and status still shows as "order sent to shipper" I think i will be looking for a new supplier if this is the way they do business. If I am placing an order through them so they can then place an order for meto another place and then send it to me, that seems like more steps than needed. I think a place that ships directly would be a better option.

Update: When I got my equipment I was told the Snapworx app for reordering was automated and would show when I could order new items based on my insurance. I placed an order for headgear to have as a backup on a trip coming up and then received a call stating I was not eligible. I thought that was the purpose of the app, to let you know when you are eligible for new supplies. Not sure if this is an issue with the app or if I was told incorrectly how the app works.

They are very slow at filling orders. They have no sense of urgency or compassion for their patients. I’ve been waiting since February for new supplies.

On 10/24/24 stop by to return my cpap loaner and pick up my new machine, Helen try to tell me my appointment was at a different time than 12pm,I checked my text message and I was right,it was at 12pm. Helen was rude right for the beginning, probably because
she wanted to go to lunch. Helen was very unprofessional with her lack of customer service and chewing gum like a cow!
Where do you find these people? ?

I have been using this company for 10+ years and have had issues all the time! For the past year they have a new call center out of the country that is the worst i ever worked with! They say they have to verify my DME insurance every month even though nothing has changed and my DME coverage is 100% covered! They won't send out my supplies which is a life and death situation if i don't get my supplies! I am on the phone right now with my doctors office to find another supplier!

First time to this location and was impressed with the service I received from Buffy and then from respiratory therapist Krystal. From explaining the billing, then patiently explaining a new machine and trying new masks I was impressed with the care provided. Thank you guys for your time.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Called on Friday was on hold for over an hour where I had to just keep calling back. Finally was told someone would call me back that day. No one called me back. Called again today was on hold for over 30 minutes again and then they lied to me and said someone called me and left a message Friday. Scheduled me for an appointment today just for yet again for no one to call me at my appointment time. I’ve been on hold since 130 and no one has yet to answer or call me. So beyond disgusted with patient care here. But we all know they’re gonna try to charge me 100$ for someone not calling
Me at 130pm. This place is a joke. Go somewhere else if you can. Someone finally picked up at 2:12, placed me back on hold immediately stating they would get a sleep therapist. It is not 2:22 and I’m still on hold. Absolutely disrespectful

I recently shared a very positive review for Valley Sleep Center as I thought they were awesome. I spent 5 days with my new machine not sleeping well still because the full mask bothered me. So I have some time to exchange it for just the nose one. Went back to Valley asleep Therapy and had yet again another horrible experience. Last week set in the waiting area for 45 minutes only to find out my machine was sitting on the floor behind the ladies at the front desk. She finally figured it out and handled to me and I was out the door. Today went in to exchange mask looking forward to some sleep only to find out at home my new mask hose won’t fit my machine, you would think they would make sure that the new mask would fit my machine. The two girls at the front desk also could use some guest service training they have zero social skills. Nothing like the service you get next store. Too bad no sleep tonight.
