I had such a great experience here the other day for a dental emergency visit! Dr. Li was quick, thorough and also helpful with providing me with recommendations and potential solutions for my condition. I truly appreciated the nurse or dental assistant Taylor, she was very kind and pleasant to work with and she took very good xrays of my teeth! Last but not least, the receptionist/secretary Andi was quite knowledgeable and helped me with the check in process and even with obtaining some dental cost assistance with a sliding scale for fees based off of my income. Truly an outstanding office and will recommend friends and family around the area to go here! Highly recommend Valley View! Thank you so very much 😊

I went in for a molar extraction, the staff was very polite and helpful, explaining anything I needed and answering all of my questions. They worked with me on payments and were considerate of my needs as an individual. They were great across the board. Dr. Wu was quick and professional, the whole experience was a great one all things considered.

I had my first dental appointment scheduled, but as the date approached, my infant daughter became sick with bronchitis. With no one available to babysit, I had to reschedule. I called and left a voicemail, but despite their claim that they returned my call and left a voicemail, I never received one. I double-checked, and there’s no record of it on my end.

Over the course of a week, I made multiple attempts to call and reschedule, but no one ever answered. Based on the online reviews, it seems I’m far from the only person experiencing this issue. Today, I finally reached someone, only to be told I was placed on a six-month hold and cannot reschedule until August. The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude, condescending, and dismissive, cutting me off repeatedly when I simply asked for clarification.

This is the only dentist in my area that accepts my insurance, and I’ve been in significant dental pain while waiting for this appointment. Had my calls been answered or returned promptly, I would have been able to reschedule long before my original appointment date. The fact that I’m now being penalized for their lack of communication is beyond frustrating.

After the call abruptly ended, I attempted to reach a supervisor — only to be placed on hold until the line transferred me to a children’s dental office. The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for patients’ needs is unacceptable. Dental health is not something to be taken lightly. If my condition worsens or I develop an abscess while waiting for this unjust hold to be lifted, it will be a direct reflection of the negligence I’ve experienced.

At the very least, the woman I spoke with could have shown some basic courtesy and offered assistance in finding alternative providers. Unfortunately, it’s clear that patient care is not a priority here. I hope this issue is addressed promptly.

I have the best provider/MD @VVHC in Chehalis WA. My Dr is David Little DO and I feel very fortunate that he accepted my request. I have a multitude of issues and he goes through each issue with me and actually listens to my concerns. Patty (his MA) Says "sorry for the wait"; I'm willing to wait bc I'm sure the person before me is getting the same good care. Patty is awesome as well 🙂

In the office for cleaning and I've been here an hour and a half only for them to say Dr is with another patient so it's gonna be a bit or a while. Staff has been polite for the most part but this is horrible. I watched 10 people get called back who arrived after me. Never had this happen before. Did not get cleaning as Dr came in so late there was apparently no time. 2 hours for x-rays and an exam. Hope things can get figured out. 2 stars given because it hasn't always been this bad.

I'm very frustrated that the wait to see a Dr is so long but without more Dr's in our area I guess it can't be helped. Dr Little was a very nice man and easy to talk to. Did not make me feel shamed for not doing my female yearly as some Dr's have in the past. Very happy with this visit

They never answer their phones. I've called 5 times over 2 weeks and nobody answers. I have also sent messages to dental and medical on their portal regarding questions and concerns that I have. I never hear back. Every month I am about a week off of my medications because refills are a nightmare when nobody answers you. I have to coordinate dental with ortho and I can't do that when answering phones is not something that happens at this clinic.
