Change is never easy. Generally speaking, people resist change, but I have to acknowledge the Mary’s Corner Valley View clinic has made the transition of this clinic very easy. I appreciate Dr Cooke and thank the new system for allowing me to remain with the same doctor. Dr Cooke never fails to have answers for my questions and listens to me, genuinely listens. He one of the best doctors I’ve worked with.

As a new patient with Valley view I am extremely satisfied with the care and the provider that attended to me. He answered all my questions and he provided responses that my previous doctor with KAISER never bothered to ask. He offered solutions and put pushing pills at the bottom of the list. Understandably, prescription pills Are sometimes necessary, but not always the best solution.

Good doctors and nurses. Front desk help is friendly. This is the better Valley View of the bunch. Inside the lobby has really high ceilings with a dusty old bear in a display case! Reminds me of how old I am getting. Small waterfall as you drive in also

I’ve been going to Mary’s Corner for many many years and have always received great care there. Esther Williams is a wonderful provider. She never rushes me in and out, but always takes time to listen to what I have going on, and has always provided the BEST treatment for me each time.

The reception staff was kind and my MA Megan is wonderful too. All around great care!

My provider Dr Tom Cooke DO is an excellent provider. He takes time and listens and actually cares. He takes the time to figure out how to get insurance to cover expenses and treatments. He is not egotistic like a lot of Doctors and is willing to give referrals to specialists if needed. He has been my Doctor for 30+ years and is the most caring physician that I have ever meet. This is an extreme compliment since I was a ICU nurse for 20+ years. Valley view clinic, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Their Communication and follow thru leaves a lot to be desired. EX: Dr Cooke ordered me antibiotics 4 days ago for a severe respiratory illness and the clinic has neglected still to send script to pharmacy. I never had these issues before valley view took over the clinic. Additionally, when they took over, my insurance premera blue cross was no longer covered so I asked what insurances were. I have was told Kaiser as one of them. I had only 1 day to change my s/s supplemental ins. I managed to get signed up for Kaiser. 2 months later, after it’s to late to change for a year I find out my Doctor is the only one in the clinic that’s not covered by Kaiser. Now, I’m stuck paying for my insurance with no coverage for my Doctor. I now have to pay for my Doctor out of pocket plus my insurance. Another wards their Communication and follow thru are horrible.

Dr. Cooke has been my physician for 35 years plus. He has always been very attentive to my needs physically and at times emotionally. He is a very competent doctor And well educated and treating physical elements.
