I called up Valley Vision Optometry after another Castro Valley based Optometry abruptly canceled on me. They were not able to accommodate me until several weeks later but Valley Vision Optometry was able to squeeze me in the next day!

I was greeted by Dr. Christine Y. Liao and she was very mindful of COVID-19 safe practices. Further she game me amazing care and wasn't trying to rush me. I honestly felt like a rock star the entire time I was there. I felt like she put the time with my Eye Examination to really make sure my prescription was accurate. In the past I really felt rushed by other optometrists.

Dr. Liao also took the time to explain all my glasses and contact lens options. I had already chosen my frames but Dr. Liao helped me decide between all the lens options available today.

Leaving her office I really had a feeling of being well taken care of. Highly recommended!

She might have been trained in China, but she's friendly, caring, professional, and knows her stuff. Prices are dependent on your coverage, and frame options are not half bad.
