The worst clinic and staff I ever dealt with definitely don't suggest sending your loved one there if you do then they're going to keep your loved one on court order treatment till your loved one finally switch clinics. Warning: they will make you feel like your loved one is supposedly brain sick and if your loved one has no where to stay they put em in a pysch ward or in a flex care, also they will try make your loved one feel like he or she has an option of being off the meds and if they reject the meds then the loved one will get petitioned by the clinic. Trust you have been warned ⚠️

I was on the phone trying to set up an appointment for 20 minutes. And let’s not forget the first time I called and was connected to Mauricia and it seemed like she muted herself until I hung up. The second time I called Transfer after transfer and hold after hold. I spoke to Mauricia and she asked me personal questions including my address, sexual orientation and all these other questions just to tell me “we don’t have any open appointments at this time” I had to ask for clarification and she said there’s no open appointments until October. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. 20 minutes on the phone for nothing. Bad customer service.

The pharmacy stuff is super nice and professional. We have been coming here since 2016 for my parents' medicine. Compared to any other place super cheap and affordable, the most you will pay for any medicine is $10. Everything couple years my parents are traveling for over 6 months oversea and them medical care only pay for a month, and rest we get from here less than $60 Compared to walmart which was $2500.
Plus they have dentist here as well plus a family doctor.
This one stop for everything you need.

I was scared to death about getting my first mammogram done. I don't like to be physically touched, let alone showing my lady bits ...
Butt!!! Jessica the mammogram tech was super helpful and so professional. Made it less scary, made me look her in the eye the entire time. You can't read my sarcasm And she even brought Taylor Swift to district me by singing in the background!!!! Weirdest 3 some ever!!!!!!! Bummer you have to wait a year or 2 years!!!! Thanks Jessica and Taylor Swift!!!!!

I have not been to Valleywise in over 2 years. I get a call 'out of the blue' from Kathy, therapist asking is this Deanna... I'm in a meeting, I say I'll call back. Now, why would I call back? I don't need services or I'd call. She calls again 2 weeks later asks if I need services, I say no, I'm fine, thank you. BAM, I get a bill in the mail for $55.50 for office visit. Next month another $55.50 charge for her BOTHERING ME AT WORK, Then send ME a bill. I've already called once and told them if I have to call back, I will charge them for my time. I am ABSOLUTELY LIVID! How do they think they will get away with this?
WATCH YOUR BILLS EVERYONE! THIS IS FRAUD AND WILL BE REPORTED ALL THE WAY TO THE MEDICAL BOARD!

This clinic’s customer service is disgusting! I was told that my wellness visits would be covered 100% and I got billed. I contacted my insurance and was told that this clinic is out of network with my plan. Why couldn't they have told me this in the first place, and lied to me instead? They're very dishonest and don't want to take responsibility for their mistakes. I strongly suggest to stay away from them.

First Episode Center is absolutely a lifesaving program. I can't thank the whole crew enough for all of their help and attentiveness towards my son. So very grateful for Dr. Mosley.
