This is for ALL VALLEYWISE CLINICS! The admin is terrible. The wait to get an appointment is months, even for urgent matters! Yet the offices are never busy, especially the clinics. Everyone is standing around hiding behind masks and doing anything but helping a patient. Scheduling people are invasive of your private needs and then get to decide if and when you can see an over glorified NP. If you want to see a Dr. you get to wait even longer for an appointment. Then when you finally get frustrated with the joke system they have, you are the problem. Then once you have an appointment, they will call to reschedule it because they can’t seem to figure out when a Dr will show up. I asked for a supervisor and was told they don’t have to account to anyone: that is according to the scheduling lady I talked to today. Beware-getting any assistance now means you get sub par healthcare by sub par humans that don’t care at all!

If you are looking for a Doctor you can get lab results or to see if the doctor has received a fax (Simple fax) this is not the place for you. Trying to find out if a fax was received. If have to leave a message that can take up to 72 hours for a response. If you step away from your phone for a few minutes and miss that call. Tuff luck they not leave a message. So you have to call back and wait another 72 hours to request another callback. Only option for me to find out if a fax was received, was to seat up a zoom call. Just to find out if a fax was received. Sure Medicare would like to know about this billing option.

I've never had an issue with this place but recently tried to apply for the maternal discount. since two years ago I had my baby at the valley wise hospital and was pleased with the experience but the lady at the north location is making it so hard to apply for the financial services she keeps finding the smallest thing to not give me the discount this would be my second time going back and she rescheduled I'm 15 weeks pregnant and just want to be seen..

I had an exceptional experience at this clinic. Not only do they offer imaging services and blood work, but they also have an in-house pharmacy. While it may take a few weeks to secure an appointment, especially if you’re there for annual checkups, it’s well worth it. The majority of the staff is bilingual and incredibly friendly. I did not experience long wait times like others. I would definitely recommend!

I like Valleywise in general but my experience today with Lisa at the pharmacy was very disappointingHer body language and face expressions made me feel belittled and uncomfortable. Empathy goes a long way.. will probably choose another pharmacy in the future.

I called today to try to schedule an appointment with a specialist for my daughter. My call was transferred four separate times. When I asked the last woman I spoke with why I kept getting transferred, she became very aggressive and rude. I will not be bringing my child here if this is how they treat prospective patients!

Awesome Doctors, terrible staff starting with the check in lady Rosario. She's always so rude and trying to make a nice voice. It's always a headache trying to schedule a appointment with valley wise. And when they finally give an appointment they make you wait log periods of time. My appointment was at 2:20pm and it's 3:32pm and still haven't seen a provider

Booked an appointment and soonest they had was almost 2 months out which was not a huge problem. When I called I requested an appointment with a male doctor which they booked. Then the day before my appointment I get a message that my appointment has been rescheduled with a female nurse practitioner. They clearly do not take patients recommendations into thought when they reschedule and just throw you to whoever is available.
