God help you if you're poor and have to pay cash. While the staff is top notch their NEW EYE DOCTOR IS NOT!!
They wanted me to re schedule because he didn't bother to come to work. I payed cash upfront. I couldn't not reschedule due to my work and asked for a refund. Out of $215 I paid upfront. I will only get $71 due to their hidden costs. Again if you're poor and have to pay cash to these people. GOD HELP YOU!!

The eye center’s scheduling line is not helpful at all. When you call, they give unclear information and lack specificity. If they can’t help, they should just say no. I feel like I dodged a bullet by not being seen there.

They do not care about patients with dental insurance with no OOP. Spent 5 hours of our day to see a “dentist” and never saw one because the “systems was down”. Meanwhile cash patients still being seen. I would rather take a trip cross the way if I wanted to be treated a certain way. All the staff sitting around while the “systems down” was the highlight of my day.

Terrible Experience in Dentist. They make me wait for 4hrs in the lobby and make me pay for $30 .dentist cant pull my teeth out because he said he don’t have a special tools for the abscess tooth.they should notify the patient right away if they cant do anything about it.they should not make me wait for hrs and endures the pain.

I had an appointment scheduled today at 9am and got a call at 7am that my doctor called in sick. I had scheduled the appointment back in February and the soonest they could get me scheduled was today April 1st and this appointment is for my pregnancy. I called in to reschedule and they pushed my appointment for another month. So I’ll be 4 months and no doctors appointment. This has brought me a lot of stress. There is nothing they would do for me. I am currently working on finding another provider but I don’t think it’s fair I have to wait another month.

I received prenatal care from Valleywise for the first 19 weeks of my pregnancy. The wait times, treatment of patients, and callous disregard for decency is astonishing. If anyone is considering receiving prenatal care from here, I recommend taking any other option available to you. Do not get care from Valleywise-- you will likely be treated like cattle, prescribed unnecessary procedures and medication.

Valleywise physicians will diagnose you with conditions you don't have if they think they can get away from it. I found it interesting that when I sought an independent opinion they were astonished with the diagnoses and charts from Valleywise (I ultimately switched providers).

To start from the beginning, I arrived 15 mins prior to every appointment per their request and the wait times for each of my visits were over 45 minutes in the waiting room, over 1 hour in the exam room, and over 30 minutes to be let out.

Despite multiple requests to see attending physicians only, I was seen by residents who poked and prodded me, could not answer my general questions, and took 1 hour to conduct my actual appointment (after 1 hour and 45 mins of waiting to see them).

The administrative staff is incapable of sending requests for the correct imaging type to the hospital staff (beware for any imaging you might be told to get).

Most notably, Dr. Linda Chambliss has atrocious bedside manner and disregard for informed consent. It's as though your rights as a patient and a human are meaningless if they don't align exactly with her personal philosophy. Medical care is a joint effort between patient and physician; however, Dr. Chambliss will likely treat you as incompetent and inhuman if you disagree with her proposed treatment plan.

All that is to say that declining even 1 recommended medication or drug will likely result in a scolding session where you are told that you are going to "die and leave your significant other with a premature baby to raise by himself" since you wouldn't get X.

I attempted to rectify this with patient services. They did their best to resolve the issues I had with the providers. However, their efforts were not followed up with diligence. Ultimately, my issues were left unresolved.
