Valuemed has been our go-to place for most of our clinic's medical supply needs. From placing orders to making payments, They are very pleasant to deal with along with being professional. Kristy has been really helpful to us since the very beginning. She is one call away if we have questions or need to place orders, even with short notice. She is very responsive, always keeps us up to date if we have back orders and would always give us suggestions or alternatives, if the product we usually get is not in stock. She always sounds happy and very willing to help you. Excellent customer service overall and would highly recommend Valuemed!!!

I have been ordering supplies from Valuemed for over 4 years now. I have never had any issues all our orders come next day unless an item is on back order which is not very often. I usually deal with Pam and she is great to always help me out with any questions or suggestions on products that may work for us.

Valumed is my favourite supplier. The ladies in customer service are always pleasant. When I had a big problem with one of their shipping carriers they were very helpful and understanding. Much better than the local suppliers I've dealt with in the past.

Sorry Mr. OWNER but your people there do not really care about what and how they do. They do not fulfill their promises to even send an email notification on a more than 3 weeks delayed shipment. Not to mention that they do not bother to decently pack the goods, just ship them in the original, not too strong, box. If them, or you, think you saved money, I feel good for you...you saved the money coming from my business.

I would give this no star but I can't!
I ordered a product and exchanged 20+ emails with their rep and it's been almost 2 months now and I still haven't got it. This tells me how unreliable this company is. They even stopped responding to my enquiry. Just lame.......
Note: They tried to rectify the situation after my Google review, explaining the staff who dealt with my order was not working there anymore and that was the reason of the mis/non communication. The manager/owner acted professionally, so I would give them another chance.

I have ordered some supply over the phone and they send me wrong products and did not accept return, so I drove there to order and pick up in person after work. They kept me waiting long and no one was available to help. after 30 minutes while was trying to order their manager came and told me not able to give me my order today and wanted me go back another time. I ended up walking out! I thought managers are there to maximize the sale and lead their team by example as I did not see any customer service from him! do not know if he even had any management training otherwise he would not respond that way. If you are open then need to provide the service I did not come after business hours! Is not acceptable saying can not give you your order while you are still open!
