Very nice staff, great service, will definitely recommend this group to friends and family.

The ladies in the office were always professional, friendly, and promoted a stress free experience. They also were always able to answer my questions or get answers quickly.

The doctor had a professional, no stress, fun attitude and was an obvious expert, no questions needed.

For the future, although I hope to not have to deal with varicose veins again, I will definitely use this group the next time!

I suffer severe C-PTSD, and do NOT do doctors well. They were extremely kind, and informative. I didn't feel the stress I was worried about feeling going in. So I thank them for taking that extra time. You never know what someone's past is, and if they have severe fear of doctors. So I appreciate that little extra. My wife had been to Dr Bell and finally convinced me that I needed to go see him. Was trying to control the veins in my legs for years with compression stockings but they just kept getting worse and were staying swollen. Dr Bell did a great job, especially on my left one which was really bad. I would recommend him any time to someone dealing with the same issues.

I’m just an American male that has been dedicated to his job for the last 18yrs. Like most people that show passion for their job, I tend to let the small things pass by until one day you finally realize you can’t have a cat walk across your lap cause it hurts, or have your children sit In your lap after a bad dream and not be able to take a walk after work. Walking after 8 hours of sleep is walking on pins and needles! Just to put socks on and lace up your boots and do it all over again. Dr. Bell is like us, dedicated to his job to improve the quality of life for strangers! He knows the relief he can bring to people, and I am here to tell you he not only gave me relief, but opened a door to a new and better life. What do you tell that man, how do you tell that man Thank You?

As a business owner myself I really hate to write bad reviews. When I initially contact these guys I was told they was heavily scheduled out. I understand this and in it's own is not a problem. I was then told I could be put on a wait list in case someone cancels. I agreed to this as you never know. In this same conversation the lady said she would talk to the doctor about me coming in as a OT appt. The next day I got verification that they would make a special concession for me and I agreed to be there with no cancellations or I would have to pay for it anyways. This is fine as I understand. I made sure to clear my schedule and be there the time and day. The next day I got a call indicating they had a cancellation the day after the original appointment. This isn't so bad except I had already pushed off my responsibilities and had no one to cover for me during the time of the new appt. I just can't willy nilly flip the bird to my responsibilities. And she had to have an answer right then. So I didn't even have any time to rearrange my schedule or find a temp replacement. So I had no choice to cancel as now I was being locked out from both appointments. Life is not always fair. I get that. I had a clot in my spleen they don't know where it came from. This appointment was to look for the source. I am walking around with a loaded gun in my body and they want to play scheduling games. I have now lost a lot of time to have to find another place that will take me. I have now lost 6 days min. I just don't understand why I couldn't go to the regular appt they had already arranged and scheduled. They could have given the cancellation to another person helping two people vs playing hard ball with me. "Good Luck" is what I was told at the end. They went through all that trouble to set an appt because my situation is serious and then in the end do this to me. I am really hurt and afraid. This is how I am left.

Dr. Bell is Awesome at what he does. My procedure went very smooth and he explained what he what doing through the entire thing. Office staff is very nice
