I don’t think this is the staff’s fault but they really do have the worst service. I’m going on day 4 trying to get someone on the line 😑 either they hang up on you or expect to wait more than 2 hours on the phone. And they have you wait for an hour before close time and won’t take your call. There was one person who was sweet and helped. But otherwise they need more people on the line. Or at least have a voicemail set up.

This location for Human Services is the most inhumane, rude, and useless agency out there. I have been going every single day to get a temporary medical card so that my non-verbal autistic son who has not ate a single meal for a month can get services. I have requested the physical card so many times and it never arrives in the mail which is why I need a printed temporary one, but everyday there is a different excuse. Not only that but once youre waiting hours to talk to an agent they simply call you over the phone while you sit in the waiting room dictating to everyone all of your private and personal information. I truly hope that none of the agents here ever have to go through a situation like this. Avoid this agency if you can.

I honestly did not want to waste a second of my time leaving a review, but they deserve a minute of my time to leave this poor rating. Google should update to allow zero stars. Anyway, it is always a disastrous experience. Why? Don’t understand what the need is for such poor and rude “customer service.” Always the older women with a bun and eyeglasses who is super rude, does not want to help and instigates about being slightly out of the line? Just a very difficult atmosphere and very pathetic that these are the “people” helping the Ventura County Human Services Agency. I’m very ashamed to work and bring clients here

Absolutely worthless customer service. You want to guess how long I was on hold? One hour. I don’t know these people don’t like to work or whatever, but the biggest waste of time is trying to contact anyone over the phone. Thanks for nothing.

So far over an hour on a hold trying to reach them by phone. Over an hour and never was able to complete my cal fresh sar7 in office because of lag time and my schedule.
If u want any results from here plan at least an 8 hour day for something as easy that a 10 year old could do.
