Holly is such a thorough, skilled, and kind physical therapist! She has worked with me to not just resolve my pain, but address underlying causes. She is very thoughtful in her evaluation and treatments - it's obvious that she doesn't take a one size fits all approach. So grateful I found her. Office staff has been great as well

I wanted to Leave a constructive criticism that I’m hearing from so many patients every time I come in.
I wanted to request if Management could look into the check-in process online. Every time I come here we all laugh because everybody complains that the check-in process takes too long and too many steps. Sometimes people get pretty rude about it and would like to request if there would be a way to Look into another process.

Possibly existing patients after the first time they check in, the process can just do one step for repeat appointments and the long check in process is only for the first time

It’s a good group of people they really want to get you healed and back to normal as possible and the therapist do their best which is top notch as far as I’m concerned because I’ve had multiple surgeries so I appreciate everything they do from the doctors to the therapist And the front desk too

I’ve been seeing Holly for pelvic floor PT and I really can’t praise her enough. As a therapist myself, I delayed seeking care thinking my issues were something I could treat on my own but I was way wrong. Holly is next level in her knowledge, skills, and expertise, and her empathic and relatable personality makes this experience worthwhile and, do I dare say fun? Pelvic therapy is an area where you definitely want to feel comfortable with your PT and Holly can guarantee that. This is a unique speciality and there isn’t a whole lot of providers in this county so there will likely be a bit of a wait to be evaluated but I promise it is worth it.
