Do not send your family here! And do not work here! Your family will receive rashes, bruises, and be mentally abused. They fake paperwork, they lie to cover their own reputation instead of what is right for the clients. The clients do not go out for activities more than McDonald’s drive through trips, or trips to Walmart, money is spent on staff meals. (Excluding day program) family members will be depressed and not Changed or showered properly. The behavior teams do not visit like they should. The whole company is a scam. They prefer SIB clients to get more money, but then the staff don’t block the clients. Clients have ended up in wheel chairs because of this company. You’ll be promised things that will never happen, and you will never have what you need to take care of your clients properly.

Do not send your loved ones here. I have firsthand experienced individuals be denied to use the bathroom, get ignored, and the higher ups solely care about the money being reeled in. They take more individuals into the program without having a correct staffing ratio. I repeat do not send loved ones here.

Venture is intentionally dismissive and terrible to family and has even extended their bad faith behavior with being abusive and filing baseless claims with the DPPC against guardians/family. Don't put your family members in this program with these monsters !

I find the reviews of Venture from staff unbelievable. The turnover rate for DCP personnel is greater than 66%. Working in facilities their is always new personnel at home locations every time I go for a service call. Donr be fooled by the lies. Just like any other non-profit your efforts will go unrecognized while the top tier prey on your hard work.
