First of all, the waiting room is gorgeous. The staff are professional and very helpful. It is in the middle of a block in K-town that is busy but I always find parking. I needed a fit to work assessment and TB test and they made it super easy and accepted my Anthem insurance. They got the job done and were very nice with not a long waiting time on any occasions. Truly 5 stars!!!!

I had a great experience at this urgent care! It was a quick visit—they had me in and out within 20 minutes. Staff were kind and conversational. The waiting room is also gorgeously decorated and a cozy space to wait it. I've been here a couple times with and without appointments, and the standard of care remains consistent and of high quality.

When I found this place I was not sure if they were going to help me because have an ear infection. I went to a different urgent care and the doctor just have me children pills. When I went in, the lady in the front desk helped me. She talks Spanish and that's a plus because most people in the area talks in Spanish. I just filled one paper and signed one more and gave her my ID and Medical. I waited like 5 min and went inside to see the doctor. Inside the room I did waited like 18 to 20 min but time went super fast. The doctor was super nice and clear. He listened when i explained to him what i feel in my ear and all my concerns. He checked my ears and told me that I still have the ear infection. This time and this doctor subscribe the drops and pills for my ear infection. So definitely, I recommend this place to go. The doctor is great and they are fast don't need to wait for a long time. Also, its open Saturdays that's another plus.

I had a disappointing experience at this office. The front desk staff and nurse were unfriendly, which set the tone right away. After listing my symptoms (nausea, vomiting, no appetite, cold sweats), the doctor asked me twice more what brought me in — which made me feel like he was disinterested. He disappeared before I could ask questions about the medication he prescribed or what he thought might be going on. Also, not that it’s required, but a simple “feel better” would’ve gone a long way. I didn't mind the wait, but I was there for about an hour and a half for maybe 10 minutes of care.

Still waiting on my test results — so I’m hoping part of this experience can be helpful.

I went to this Urgent Care and I don't recommend it.
Signed in with Chest pain and throwing up and they made me wait in the waiting room for over an hour. I would go to bathroom to throw up, not once did someone check up on me. In all other Dr offices, hospitals and even other urgent care clinics, if a patient comes in with chest pain they go in the front of the list.
When I finally get to see Dr. Pejman Samouha without checking me in any way shape or form. She asked what was wrong, Me: I have chest pain and having been throwing up. Her you are having a heart attack you need to go to the ER. Me: Why did it take you this long to tell me. Her: I had other patients. Me: can you call 911 because I'm not feeling well. Her: I can't do that and she didn't. I was in shock because everything was getting worse. I step outside the office sat in the floor and called 911 to get help.
It ended up being a heart attack LAD block 100%(widow maker). I ended up saving myself because the doctor there had no empathy, compassion and didn't apply the code of ethics she should follow.
I'm beyond appalled and disgusted with her actions.
