Mrs. Nelson is very knowledgeable and friendly. She has helped my husband on numerous occasions and has been his go to place whenever he has a question. My father was even bragging about how wonderful and helpful she is.

The First time I met with the VA lady she was sooo rude that she made me cry. It seemed like she didn’t want to help me to fill out forms for me to continue my survivor widow pension. She had NO Compassion for me and my family. We need compassionate people to work for the VA not someone to be pushed out of the office and not to get anything done it seemed like she was only there so that she can get a paycheck. My disabled Veteran served his country and recently passed away. My family and I depend on our benefits.
