Terrible, terrible place 💯. I honestly wouldn't send my sick goldfish here! Nurses are very unprofessional & rude. There's almost zero "care" in or around this place! There's gotta be better medical facilities in prisons 💯. Plz, for you & your family members sake, do Not send anyone here if you love them 💯

This place is a hidden jewel! My wife was there for two weeks after suffering a stroke. From when she walked inal to when she left, she was treated with the utmost care, compassion, kindness, sympathy, and friendliness. The physical plant is older but well maintained. Everyone we interacted with had a great disposition and willingness to help in any way that was required. Not once did anyone say "I'll get someone to help you", they just help immediately. Everyone was helpful, dedicated, cheerful, and very willing to help and make my wife's stay and recuperation a great experience.
We are grateful to all the staff at Vibra for all of their attention. This is a great place.

I spent from 10/21/23 to 10/30/23 at Vibra and all I can say is this: The hospital is top notch. The entire staff was very caring, attentive and knowledgeable in their particular positions. They all made my stay a very positive experience.I can honestly say if anyone is in need of a facility for short or long term rehab care look no further. I had very good care at Vibra Hospital in New Bedford. Doctors, Nurses and most staff were wonderful, patient, and kind. Some went above and beyond their job descriptions to tend to my needs. P.T. and O.T. were great. They were pleasant to work with, and always asked if there was anything that they could get me when we were finished our sessions. That goes for most of the staff as well.
Food was very good and you had extra choices if you did not like what was being served for that meal. The kitchen had a few issues, but no place is perfect.
I read some of the reviews and was very surprised. Everyone's circumstances are different, but I have to say that my stay at the facility was mostly a good one.

I have been in several Rehab Facilities, and Vibra Hospital is by far the best place that I have been to. I have a Trach and a G-tube. Everyone took such good care of me. Very friendly. I would very highly recommend Vibra Hospital.

Just spent 14 days at Vibra SE recovering from double pneumonia. Staff were extremely knowledgeable helpful and always polite. All meds and procedures were explained prior to giving them. Bedside response time was good to very good. Areas were thoroughly sanitized and cleaned regularly. Staff work as a team to cover patient emergencies. Social work staff are very engaged in coordinating referrals to other agencies for continuing care etc. My overall experience was very good.

My son just spent a month there the staff of nurses is amazing. His favorite of course was Anna she treated him with such care and answered all of his questions. The wound care center was top notch. And when it was time for him to leave they spent time ensuring we knew what to do in order to continue his care. Jeff his physical therapist as well as Cam the occupational therapist were awesome and gave him the encouragement and support that he needed to get back on his feet. Case management was caring and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend this place if you have a loved one who needs continuing care.
