Great service, clean facility and doctors do actually care! My whole family sees different doctors in this facility and we are always satisfied with the service. Dr. Lindstrom is always so happy to see her patients and she goes above and beyond for them. The medical assistants are always on point to get your appointments scheduled in time. I am happy I chose this clinic for my family. Thanks for the great work!!

If you care about your child, their development, having the 3, 6, 9, and 12 month appointments in time… just don’t do it.

They do not have urgent appointments for urgent concerns, pediatric or not. They put off important and time-sensitive tasks involving prescriptions and paperwork. They say they’ll call you to make an appointment, then they don’t, so you have to call and make one, but there aren’t ever any available. My baby was right on track with her appointments until this office neglected to schedule her in time for her 9 month, pushing her following appts out as well.

It is a learning clinic, I realize that. However, the lack of care, organization, and just flat out disrespect from some of the staff (particularly the front desk), is beyond unprofessional and I’m officially switching her care as soon as possible, because I don’t trust that they have the best interest for their patients anymore.

Doctors at this facility are commendable, and I would gladly give them a 5-star rating if my review was solely based on their expertise. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with their specialist referral process, which has been nothing short of catastrophic. My parent was supposed to be referred to a specialist back in May, a process that dragged on for five months until the clinic claimed that the insurance had rejected it. Upon investigating with the insurance company, I discovered that this information was incorrect.

During my conversation with the clinic staff, it became apparent that the insurance had indeed approved the referral. The issue seemed to lie with a specific Sutter doctor who does not accept this insurance, despite the presence of numerous other audiologists who do honor California Health and Wellness insurance. If you require specialized care, I strongly advise avoiding this facility at all costs.

so far very average at best. Staff are very nice people. Unfortunately the clinic is newish and seems just not close to being a functional clinic.

One issue which I've begun experiencing is with medication refills being submitted promptly and immediately after a visit. And forget any pain meds being refilled promptly and consistently on time. It is pretty negligent at best. It's a couple of the doctor's nurses who manage the patient details, these nurses simply do not understand any of it and basically get around to it when they feel they have put you through 7-10 days of feeling miserable and pretty much home/bed bound....

I can go on but I already explained too much. So I'll stop now before I post what & how I really feel.

So be proactive about your care after doctor leaves the room... at Vida it's more like being seen by Torquemada.

I really feel sorry for the people in West Sacramento who go to this clinic for treatment, just waste of time, zero quality, zero management, zero respect for people’s time, I have no idea when they give license or permission to operate a facility as a clinic what is their standard, what they look at before let them call a facility as a clinic.
They are just on their own never take patients time or treatment seriously. More to say but I think it’s waste of time to write.

I love Doc Soreen Lindstrom M.D., literally! I’ve never had a doctor advocate for me before. She actually gives 110% because she cares about my health.

Dr. Lindstrom is Awesome. There is very little wait time . Very Good Doctor is on top of it when you're in pain or need a good Doctor in general
