Have nothing but great things to say about Jay! He was able to set me up with a Brand New home and get me approved 2 months ago even while I was still at my current apartment so I knew not to renew my lease at the apartment and finally have some piece and quiet in a House!

From the moment I read details of the property I knew this is what I was looking for. Walked in on a Saturday late morning and Jay was so helpful . He was super professional, kind and could answer all my questions. He has great knowledge of the property, surrounding areas, credentials needed and details about what to expect. His ability to put the lease together and return all emails in a timely manner is rare . If you’re looking for a place to live, please consider coming to see Jay . The property is beautiful, new, great location and a growing location at that . Schools are within walking distance. Elementary in the neighborhood, middle school and Highschool less than 5 minutes away. Not to mention the amenities.

Jay has made my week! I’m moving to Texas due to job transfers. I have spent long days looking at houses . The Village at Granger Pines was the last one in the list and me and my family could not be happier! Jay is definitely the right man to be representing this company! At first we were not sure about the location due to where our son and daughter play sports. We decided to go see Jay on a Saturday. Jay welcomed us and was very attentative. We had the 2 kids and he showed them the same hospitality. We had a lot of questions and Jay was very patient and he answered all.of our questions. We wanted to see several different units and he took time to show us them all with no rush at all. With the way Jay treated us we got approved and are moving to Graniger Pines.
