I've visited urgent care facilities in numerous locations across the U.S. from large cities to rural mountain towns. Village Urgent Care is by far the best I've ever seen. The entire staff was knowledgeable, friendly and focused on my problem. The facility is immaculate, well laid out and helps the anxiety associated with your reason for coming. My heartfelt thank you to each and every member of the staff.

Great experience here - much better than the other chains in town. Prompt service. Manageable wait time (the chain in town was 3+ hours while Village was about 15 minutes). Clean facilities. Friendly service (also hard to find elsewhere in town). Definitely will go here first next time an urgent care is needed.

I’ve visited this location twice this year and I have to say this is the absolute best Urgent Care in the area. That clinic is clean and attractive and the staff are always friendly. All of the providers are knowledgeable and seem to have a genuine care for patient well being. I absolutely recommend them.

This was my first visit to Village Urgent Care and it won't be my last. This is SO far ahead of other urgent clinics. It is beautifully appointed and serene. The nurse was fantastic, explained everything and thoroughly discussed my allergies. I highly recommend them!!

I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care with my infant. Despite arriving in the last 30 minutes before closing, the team was accommodating and never made us feel rushed. The staff was incredibly thorough and attentive, making us feel comfortable right from the start. Walton, the nurse practitioner on staff, was fantastic—thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything by answering all our questions and addressing our concerns. She assured us she would be available throughout the weekend if we noticed any changes. The entire team was accommodating, ensuring a smooth visit despite the urgency of our situation. I highly recommend this urgent care for any parents needing prompt and reliable pediatric care!

This office was so welcoming- definitely not your typical doctor office feel! Fantastic visit with extremely knowledgeable providers. While there were other patients there when I arrived I was still seen in a timely manner and in and out within 45 minutes. The provider truly cared about my concerns! I would absolutely recommend this urgent care to family and friends!
