The front desk girls and the Medical assistant (Melissa) were great! All greeted me with a smile. Melissa took my vitals and asked me questions about my symptoms and how long have I had them I explained that I just got over the cold a week in a half ago. Then I had got a sinus infection with a small cough, runny and stuffy nose, and a small sore throat. She asked about any headaches or fevers and I'm like nope any pain and I'm like nope. And she says ok let do your vitals and vitals came out great no fever nothing. Then the Dr came in shortly after he comes and sees me sitting on that bed with paper on it because that's where the patient usually sits. And I was like you're here to see me. Right off the bat I knew this doctor wasn't going to treat me for any of the symptoms I'm having. He then begins to ask what are your symptoms and began explaing all my symptoms. Keep in mind I'm not having any flu or covid like symptoms at all. He automatically assumed it was ok to test me for it. He didn't like in my throat or use the stesiscope to listen to my breathing he didn't feel around my glans if they were puffy nothing. He then proceeded to say so when has the symptoms worsen and I was like worsen i didn't say that my symptoms are not all that bad just regular sinus infection with a bit of a sore throat, small cough, and runny/stuffy nose that's. No pain and I was like I told you no pain no headaches no fevers. He's like well I'm treating you as covid and I'm like I'm telling you it's not because would've have come sooner. Just test me for strep throat he says no I'm testing you for covid and strep through because that's what it is. I then found out by the Pharmacy that I got pain medication not medication for my sinus infection. Never coming here again!!!!!!

Some of the best, empathic, experienced doctors/PA I’ve ever come across. The CMA/front desk are more so nonchalant/ doing their job plainly. But the doctors actually listen to you. Literally instead of going to my primary I come here. I’m planning to visit again because they know of all my ailments compared to my primary. Hopefully I can get a referral.

I arrived at the urgent care at 4:01 PM. Their website and the hours listed on their business said that they are open until 5 PM. I walk in and they told me that they are closing at 4pm today and come back tomorrow. I drove a half hour to get to this urgent care just to be denied. It’s not like it was even a holiday or anything. Very disappointed.

This Vip Urgent Care is always busy. But with that being said they are fast and move quickly to get patients treated and out as quick as possibly. They are always courtesy and helpful even when people come in and are super disrespectful to them. They have protocol and processes the same way all companies due and if your insurance isn't working or hasn't been updated that isn't their fault. Keep up the good work and we appreciate what you do.

The most awful experience ever. Felt completely discriminated, waited 3 hours to see the doctor. SICK CARE NOT HEALTH CARE! Such a joke!😪

Went in because of a severe medical symptoms. The staff took my bp, temp, and heart rate. Thats all. No stethoscopes or anything and one of my symptoms was intense coughing. Dr. Cable listened to me list off the myriad of symptoms and literally said to me, “So, what would you have us do?” Asking the patient who is begging for help what the doctor should do felt like the twilight zone. She made a snap judgement of what my disease was without probing any further or running any diagnostics. She prescribed meds that cured underlying symptoms but was not interested in finding out the root issue. I will NEVER use this Urgent Care again. Dr. Cable, you need to actually care about your patients and their concerns or find a new job.

This urgent care facility has been so incredibly helpful to me. I have to periodically get tetanus shots there and the young lady who is a receptionist is really wonderful. I can’t think of her name right now… But it’s a very beautiful and unique name and she has a great smile. she always remembers me when I come in and the entire team is very friendly and professional. This is the only place I would go for urgent care because of the staff.

I had a terrible experience with this place. My mom hurt her back on the job, and had to go here for immediate care. Unfortunately, they failed to check if authorization was faxed prior to telling my mom she had to get company authorization from her work. We had to drive back to her work to get authorization, and waste gas because they didn’t even try to check if the company authorization was faxed. Also, waited about two hours until we finally saw a doctor. Doctor seemed very unprofessional when he was evaluating my mom. Just seemed like he didn’t really care at all. Please hire people who are empathetic and compassionate about helping our community because my mom didn’t deserve this.
