Highly recommend this Visionworks location! I have been to a few other Visionworks locations, and this location is by far the best. Ask for Max. He is awesome. Helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. He delt with the nightmare of my insurance. Took his time with me. I never felt rushed. My glasses were ready within the time frame stated. There was no wait for assistance when I walked in, plenty of staff, friendly, greetings with a smile. Visit this location and ask for Max, you won't go wrong ~Malinda

The following is a TRUE story…..

I was driving down route 9 today & my favorite pair of sunglasses kept slipping off my face. I’m one of those people that absolutely cannot drive in the sun without decent shades. I decided (completely on a whim) to pop into Visionworks Framingham to see if there was anything they could do. To be honest, I felt very awkward just walking in & asking to have my shades fixed.
One, because I’m just an awkward person in general, and two, because I had no appointment, and was basically walking in out of nowhere and asking for a favor. I kid you not, they could not have been nicer or more happy to help me out. I was invited to come right in and have a seat. This guy Max comes over and starts looking over my rattling mess of a pair of sunnies. Let me tell you guys, Max was not playing around. He was tightening screws, heating parts up and massaging them back to their former glory. I swear I saw him whispering sweet nothings into the little bendy things that go over your ear. All kidding aside, Max handed back a pair of shades that fit like the day I bought them, and im so glad I popped in there. I don’t care if I end up living in the Galapagos island chain, I’m getting my glasses from Max the sunglass whisperer at Visionworks Framingham.

Patrick went above and beyond to fix an issue with my new eyeglasses. He figured out what the problem was immediately and took care of it. He’s extremely warm and friendly and makes you feel like he truly cares about you. Highly recommend seeing him for glasses. If everyone was like him the world would truly be a better place especially for people who can’t see. (Like me) 🤓 Thanks again.

Max and Patrick are the best!!! I have been coming here the past 4 years for my glasses and reading glasses. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this place to all my friends and family! Always very efficient and I never have to wait to get help.

Absolutely horrible service and atrocious quality of glasses.

When I came in to get a new prescription and some new frames, the employees who greeted and assisted me were incredibly rude and condescending. The entire experience was oddly confrontational. Questions about glasses and lenses were received poorly and I was treated like a nuisance for asking. Customer service is certainly not their strength at this location.

When I came back to pickup my glasses, the lens in my sunglasses popped out as the employee was adjusting them. They then had to ship me the glasses, which took another two weeks.

On my regular pair of glasses, one of the lenses popped out after about 6 months, and I’ve had to deal with it constantly popping out and having to put it back in while I look for a new pair of glasses.

I’ve never received such horrible quality and service when purchasing glasses, and I’ve been wearing glasses my entire life. For this level of quality, you’d be better off ordering cheaper glasses from an online retailer that has prices at a fraction of the cost at visionworks. Check out eyebuydirect, firmoo, etc.
