We contacted Visiting Angels when Mom came home from the hospital and then from Rehab. They have spending about 75 hours per week with her and she has gotten to know her caregivers and enjoys having them come. Mom is 90 and still gets around pretty well. They take her to doctor's visits, to get her hair and nails done, and pick up things she needs from the pharmacy and grocery store. This has relieved a lot of pressure from my Brother who lives near Mom and for me especially since I am out of town. We are very happy with the communication we get from the caregivers and it gives us some peace that Mom is being watched over most of the day.

Phenomenal service, extremely caring and dedicated staff. Out of all the HHA facilities I reached out to, they were the only ones to reach out almost immediately. They care deeply for their patients, as many of their staff have had personal experience with their loved ones needing care. It’s comforting to know that my mom is receiving the love and care she needs at home while I manage the chaos of having a full time job. Thank you for all that you do.

I contacted Visiting Angels in a crisis. My dad has dementia and was hospitalized for sepsis. My mom could not do it on her own anymore. She needed physical and emotional support during the day when my dad came home. It only took one phone call to have my questions answered by the staff. (Damaris). They answered insurance questions, listened very intently and I felt like their only client. The process of getting a nurse/certified professional was so fast. We spoke many more times at my request and they always called back in a timely manor if I had more questions.
We had specific needs and each one was able to be addressed and met. During the week before we had our nurse come in for the first time, they called to check on us as a family and see how they could help. We have now had the nurse/certified professional at my parents house for a couple of weeks. They even called to check on me after almost a 4 weeks had gone by to make sure everything was working out.
I cannot say enough good things about the staff. You talk to the same person each time. They also assured me that if I were to move my parents to another part of Florida, I could still deal with them as a company. I love this company and love all of the people I have spoken with and When you are in an emotional time with aging parents, it is so nice to have people like visiting Angels back you up with support.
