Let me just say I will NEVER go to another pharmacy! The staff is so amazing and genuine! All the girls go above and beyond for me and I appreciate it! I call in advance for refills and it's always ready when I go to pick up! Easy and smooth transaction! I have seen patient be rude to this staff and they handle the situation so professional!

If I could give negative stars to the customer service, I would. Some of the girls that work in the pharmacy have a real attitude problem and lack of skill set, especially the young lady that works at the front window with the long curly hair.

Im not sure if it is a hostile work environment or what is going on in there but there were many instances of lack of patient care, inability to do basic follow-up calls to the provider regarding medications and actual passive-aggressive AND aggressive presentation on the phone and in-person. The fact that this standard of care is permitted in this health group is beyond me.

No respetan los horarios fui a recoger medicamento y no abren puntual y se oye que estan adentro platicando tuve que esperar más de 10 minutos..
Y además otra empleadas llegan tarde 9:09am deverian de llamarles la atención y exigirles llegar temprano
