If you can change your primary away from Dr. Filart, do so. I never met this doctor, yet he was denying me left and right. Every interaction I had with the PA's fully SUCKED. They were rude over the phone, rude over email. You work in a HOSPITAL, providing CARE to people and yet everyone here seems to not have any care to give out. They gave me terrible referrals with no research on their end and wasted my time.

Horrible, stay away. I needed an approval for an emergency MRI for my thorn elbow over a month ago so after 6 days of not hearing from them I called in and I was told in exact words it just came in 2 days ago which means if I did not call in I would have not known. The received referral for MRI phone number was disconnected so I am told by Staff what do you want me to do? I replied so I can not have an MRI? and she replies "FINE" I will request another on for you and long story short she requested an MRI of my shoulder instead of my elbow and shoulder and she has decided I just need an MRI of my shoulder and she has ignored all the calls. Long story short over a month later I have called this office over 40 times the imaging facility has called them over 15 times and I still have not had my MRI.
I also requested a blood work and at first I was told my insurance will be cancelled on June first and I will not have insurance to get the result. basically it was a made up story so she does not have to work I had to assure her that in worst case I will pay cash for the visit and 1 month still getting run around. one question? If you don t want to work and see patients why are you open?

I have tried and tried with this office. Horrible horrible horrible service. Doesn't let you know the instructions for blood work labs and ignores calls and doesn't call back.
