I can't say enough about the Vitality Wellness & Weight Loss program. I have been on many weight loss programs and NOTHING worked until Vitality! I have done the programs where you show up for meetings and sit around and talk about your success or lack of, sing Kumbaya before you leave and walk out, not feeling or maintain any long lasting success. I never was attracted to the weightless programs where foods with preservatives are sent to your door, or those programs that send you supplements with no ingredients on the packages. I love that Vitality is all natural, contains no preservatives or added ingredients. The Vitality TEAM is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and cares not only that you loose your desired weight, but also that you do it in a healthy way. They monitor your weight-loss, stay very involved in your daily health activities, your mental state of mind, and also any variances in your lifestyle. This is a FULL body Wellness program. The funny thing is that I went in there to only loose weight. I only cared about the number on the scale. Yes, you do loose the weight, and you loose it FAST because you are actually BURNING FAT without the exercise. But outside of the weight-loss, I now feel extremely educated about what my trigger foods are that make ME gain weight or feel sluggish, what foods give me the most energy, how to keep my body clean of free radicals that cause cancer, how much water my body needs to look and feel healthy, what my BMI is, and most importantly what my metabolic age is now after the program. Well, I really shouldn't say "after the program," as Vitality is a LIFESTYLE for me. It has built my confidence and taught me and my family things that I will use for the rest of my life. If you haven't been into one of the Vitality offices and talked to the Vitality team, you are really missing out on life. I am 52 years old and I lost almost 40 pounds on Vitality and feel extremely excited about my new life. This really is a tried and true program that works!!! (Kelly B)
