Truly dissatisfied with my care. I had a wonderful provider who unfortunately had to leave vivacity due to a change in ownership. I was notified during my appointment she will be leaving in two weeks.. when I needed urgent medical attention I was left stranded with no dr, no replacement, and no appointments to offer me due to the ownership change. I called with my concerns to the practice manager to see what the plans where for my future care team and when I would have access to my new provider. I left a message and now over two weeks later not a single follow up! I truly feel abandon for my medical care. Working in the medical field I know first hand this is extremely wrong to leave a patient with no options for continued care!

Do not waste your time or money going to Vivacity. I’m not real sure how they stay open with the abysmal service they provide. I only gave two stars instead of one because there are some genuinely nice people that work there and Dr Schultz seems intelligent and competent but only during an appt. Once you’re gone, she is done. No follow up even if it’s needed or asked for. They are terrible on follow ups and don’t ever call back.
I hope you never have a question or a problem with billing because their billing department is the worst I have ever seen. You can pay your bill with their automated system but if there’s ever another issue, don’t expect a call back and if you do get ahold of somebody, it’s because you’ve likely waited on hold for nearly an hour. Nothing ever gets resolved. They are currently sitting on some of my money that I over paid because the insurance decided to give them more money. This was months and months ago and they will not refund my money. I am playing eternal phone tag with them trying to get something resolved. I guess I will have to go the “insurance fraud” route. Maybe that will get their attention, but I doubt it. We changed care after only being with them for a few months. That should speak volumes to you because typically we stay with our doctors until they retire.
Steer clear of this place if you value your health, money and time.

I found this clinic just the other day and found out they honor my insurance! I was seen as a new patient and I believe I was seen 4 days later! Wow! For the folks waiting months for new patient appointments and current patients waiting weeks to be seen! Friendly and professional goes to the receptionist the assistant was very kind and the doctor was smart and made me feel relaxed. No issues and I felt as if I had been there a few times already. The building inside is completely renovated and a very nice job! I recommend if you are reading this look no further!

My doctor, Jlyn Pritchard, quit when Kinwell took over. I realized my BP med refills had expired. I was out, so I called and requested a call back for the same day. No one returned my call. I called again the next day and got a voice mail saying there was no one available to take my call. I ended up going to urgent care to get a doctor to give me a prescription for a refill. During my wait Kinwell called saying they got my msg from that morning. I told them I would be finding a doctor somewhere else. Very poor patient care. Dangerous.

Worst experience ever. Not saying with the care but with Billing. I received a bill a whole year after the treatment and have been trying to contact billing for over a month now with no response. I spoke to multiple people who continue passing messages along to the 1 person in billing who apparently can’t do her job and call me back. I have left multiple voicemails and and nothing. What kind of service is this? You guys really think it’s acceptable to keep someone in the dark for this long about a bill that could be sent to collections at any point.

Leaving my original review that got five stars when they first opened. They started out so well! Then the Dr's got more and more booked and it was taking longer and longer to get in, even as an established patient. Then we got a letter mid-end of August that they were transitioning to Kinwell August 30th and our Dr was leaving. We could never contact her via our portal after that, because we were supposed to get a letter with a new pin number for the new portal.. But it never came and info was hazy on how to proceed. Then they just "temporarily closed and have been for weeks now. Very disappointing and frustrating when you have prescribed prescriptions and medical conditions you're needing help on. Looks like we aren't the only ones! Time to find a new Dr.. Again.

My previous Dr retired, and my insurance recommended Vivacity. I established care with Dr. Schultz-Torosian and was delighted with my first visit. The center is clean and beautiful. The front desk staff was kind, the nurse was wonderful, and I really appreciated the Dr. She listened to me, gave great advice, helped me get in quickly for a scan I needed, and was able to take care of my blood work in the center the same time as the appt - so nice not to have to go elsewhere! They also had flexible and quick appointment dates for a new patient. Thrilled to have them supporting me in my health!

I had two visits, one by phone in 2/2021. I had Covid problems for over a year and finally went in for the stomach horrors. I can't say the long period of antacid helped much since I had to use Pepto Bismol as well but I finally got over it months later... I was referred to an endoscopy but not for 2 months later (too late). I didn't receive a bill for almost 12 months and when I called in 2022 was told they didn't have me on record. Really I left Vivacity and Lifewise Insurance Co. The billing wasn't Lifewise' fault because I did get my lab bill much sooner. No office should take so long to bill. I'm one of the people who resents getting such LATE BILLS!

My wife was diagnosed COVID positive on Sunday (Sept, 12). We contacted the Country Homes Clinic on Monday ( Sept, 13) twice, no return call. We again contacted the clinic twice on Tuesday ( Sept, 14), once again no return call. All we were seeking was medical advice from our family physician, obviously that did not happen . We had hoped for better care from Vivacity.
