My husband broke his neck and is a neck brace. We need assistance in changing the pads on the neck brace which was stated in our requirements to the VNA from Spaulding Rehab. We have had no response from them, left two messages for the supervisor, Julie, no call back. The nurse that visited us says its not her job to help us that it is up to the home health care to visit. When asked if we needed home health care we told them he can take a shower, but needs help with the pad replacement. This was taken as we refused home health care. This is a two person job to insure that his head stays in place while replacing the pads. Don't look for any help from that doesn't fit in there "job description".

I Need to write this, letting people know the care my sister received. It was exceptional. My sister passed last October, and I still receive cards from the VNA. I will always be grateful for the help they gave my family. They cared for her with such dignity and respect. What a great organization.
I only hope they know what they do on a daily basis does not go unnoticed.

Very rude management (Julie ) however very nice home nurses.
2 Friday's in a row that I had a scheduled appointment and was ‘no showed’. No calls,

The sketchiest company on the planet they will force you to agree to things you don’t believe in force their medical views on you violate your hippa rights and religious beliefs all the while collecting all the data they can for their records absolutely mortifying company
