When we first moved to the area in August we needed a doctor quick. this "medical professional" was a delight at first. Until it came to med refills. It has been nothing but a hassle getting any sort of meds refilled through her since seeing her. She knows my 12 year old is suicidal and I've been trying for a week and a half to get his Prozac filled. He has an appointment Tuesday. He is now out of both Concerta and Fluoxetine which Ms. medical professional was well aware he was low. I am one very unhappy mother and would not recommend this place for anyone. The lack of care for their clients mental health stability is astounding. She knows my child's meds are not working but won't touch them. Don't go to wahkiakum family health center in Cathlamet! I am still shocked at the incapability and ignorance of realizing that this patient cannot be without his meds which she clearly stated in her office notes that were read to me by the receptionist. Don't see this medical professional!
4/30/24 update on this "professional"
I was still getting refills through this medical professional while we switch providers. I called for a refill 4/19/24.... to find out she called in the WRONG dosage. i have taken the same dosage for over 2 years. which she would have seen if she checked my records she desperately wanted.... i didn't notice until i called the pharmacy for my refill to be told it's too early. I had to wait to call until 4/23. Called... didn't hear anything back so i called again Thursday 4/25. refill was called in 4/26 for a dosage fix but insurance bounced it back as not covered. Ms medical professional left the office at noon and did not have her MA check in to make sure it was received. It had been a week without the med at this point. I then had to call and speak with someone else who couldn't help because it wasn't his mistake. no big deal. I let her know in mychart that i was still having issues and have been completely out for a week at that point. she failed to understand STILL that i was completely out. It took my husband calling threatening legal action to get this place to get in gear and get me taken care of. Being on antidepressants for 21 years this is not something someone should ever have to deal with. This office has been the worst experience with medical professionals. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Worst care and no care!
I have 2 elderly parents and my Dad had a heart attack 7 weeks ago. They have had 3 appointments rescheduled over 5 weeks. How many dogs does the doctor have and how many deaths in your family in five weeks.
In the 7 years I have lived here this doctor has had so many Temps and nurses through her swinging doors. They do not return calls and do not even let people that aren't from this area know other doctors to see when they cant see you for 5 weeks.
So don't waste your time there and whomever the snarky girl that answers the phone you should learn your job and maybe some skills when speaking with elderly people that need help with a doctor so shame on you,
Not many people would be OK with you talking to there parents like that. Your pathetic.

Overall, terrible experience. For one appointment it took an hour and half to be seen after my scheduled appointment time... most appointments you'll wait and continuously hear "they'll be right in!" Every 5 minutes for a total of half an hour before finally getting your paperwork to leave. All of this while I have a 4 month old screaming and crying. Doctor is great but the wait is not worth it

Kristie Andreas was extremely helpful with my medical issue. I spoke with her by phone and she is so easy to talk to, friendly, intelligent, and fast at getting things done. She helped during a very stressful time and I cannot thank her enough! Excellent medical professional!

Best care I have got in WA. I am used to top notch medical care like they have in Southern California and this is comparable. I will have my son go here when he turns 18. Well wort the drive. I have a feeling other people that are complaining probably complain about every single little thing in their lives and are never happy about anything. My understanding is it is wrong to attempt to damage a providers reputation by claiming they tried to kill you. It is just a bold faced lie. Also, it is a terrible, ugly thing to do and a nasty person who does it, at that! The staff is kind and patient and the provider has been trained all around the United States at some of the top hospitals and institutions in the U.S and has a very solid medical background. This is the only primary doctor I will see since moving from Orange County, CA.

Thanks to a wonderful staff from front desk Cindy to PA Christy for caring compassionate and practical medical care. To Mike who did a good blood draw. It was refreshing to consult with a capable and knowledgeable team of staff regarding my complicated medical care with Lupus. I appreciate your care.

Warning, unless You want to end up in a
hospital in severe pain with a life threatening condition brought on by a wantabe Dr. who over mixes meds , and then spitefully refuses
any help after the damage is done. DO Not Go to Wacky family practice. I may live, I hurt all the time, looking for help today from Her inept and unprofessional harm. M.A. should find job elsewhere, she is great. can't I leave 0 stars.

Horrible throat, cough and ear. Not getting better after four days. Couldn't get into urgent care in Longview without signing up with peace health and scheduling a complete physical. Was told to go to the hospital. Was seen in a few hours at the Cathlamet clinic. Very thorough evaluation. Couldn't have asked for better service.
