Did not have a good experience here with Dr Bakshi or team.
We were billed a unexpected >$300 for an outpatient visit for my son’s routine 6mo check-in and they were not responsive or helpful. ultimately would not change the billing codes and shrugged the blame to the insurance.
The visit itself was also subpar. I had written down in previsit survey that I wanted to chat about sleep.. we never got to this, but spent a lot of time answering questions on family history and recounting the patient history already in our chart. Visit felt disorganized and not helpful.

We love Dr. Bakshi and the Walden Pond Pediatrics team and are so appreciative of the excellent care they provide my son. They are incredibly responsive and attentive to any medical concerns we have, and they treat him as more than just a number. Dr. B came to the hospital and saw my son within an hour of his birth, is supportive, fast, and helpful for after hours medical questions through the on call system, and has been so helpful with breastfeeding questions in addition to general medical questions. Health care can feel so corporate, so I love that we have a pediatrician that is warm and personal.

We love Dr. Bakshi and Nurse Michelle. They are so kind and attentive with our kiddo, and treat her so compassionately. They are flexible, family oriented, and understand modern parenting concerns. Any challenge we’ve been facing has been met with conversation, not dictation, and they work with us to identify the right next steps without swinging too far toward over-treatment or ignoring issues. Their team is responsive, professional, and good at medical billing and we’ve always been able to reach them when we need them. We love Walden Peds!

Dr. Bakshi is an amazing Pediatrician. She provides excellent care for all three of my kids. My kids know when they see Nurse Michelle and Dr. Bakshi that they are going to be treated like humans and they will be okay. We’ve seen many providers being a military family and no office has felt consistent in their quality of care and level of empathy and compassion they provide to their patients and families!

Over the five years I saw Dr. Bakshi I always felt like she didn't listen to my concerns and frankly dismissed me. I kept going because it was a convenient location and always had appointments. finally had enough and left her practice. When I left they withheld my records, claimed I needed to satisfy their inflated bills first and then deleted my accounts so I was unable to provide medical release forms. Anyone who is looking into this practice should have this information prior to joining.

Dr Bakshi is an amazing pediatrician! She is a great communicator and really listens to our concerns and gets to know our children. Our children have gone to her for years and she is able to effectively attend to them at each stage of life, including teenagers and young adults. Highly recommend!
