This was my first visit and it was an excellent experience. From the convenient online booking, to the friendly professional front desk staff. Shianne and Monique NP provided great care, answered questions and explained care plan. The atmosphere/decor of the clinic is very nice. I would definitely come again if I needed urgent care. This was such a pleasant experience. I have always been hesitant to try virtual, urgent care. I’m so happy I did it. From the ease of booking appointment with many convenient times lots to getting into the appointment room it was very easy. The NP Monique was extremely nice and helpful. She even hopped on her personal phone when work computer was being glitchy to resume our appointment. I would highly recommend. Thank you Monique for being so caring, kind and helpful.

The nurse here Danielle Francillon and the PA Mary Song made my experience amazing. I 100% recommend them and this urgent care to everyone! There was no wait and both Danielle and Mary were caring and thorough during my check up. This is the best urgent care I’ve been to.

I recently visited and was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service provided by their front desk staff. From the moment I arrived, a front desk worker named Naisha greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude, she was very attentive and patient with my issues. Despite a busy day, she handled the check-in process efficiently and made sure all my questions were answered. I really appreciate her outstanding service and as a result, applaud this place for their dedicated work.

When I walked in the place was very clean, and the receptionists at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant especially Naisha. She was very easy to talk to and helped me get checked in quickly. The rest of the staff were also very nice including Danielle.

On Tues 2/18, I came to this urgent care center to get my blood pressure checked. The staff was amazing, very compassionate and extremely professional. As it turned out, I needed to be on medication. I can't thank this staff enough for their kindness.
