First of all..I've sat there waiting to be seen almost 40+min the && nobody was in the waiting room,there was no patients in the back rooms.the Drs an older man & woman where fighting like a married couple at full lung capacity. the staff is physically watching the phone just ring...I've called several xs trying to get a confirmation on my upcoming appointment & my call is either picked up & hung up on immediately,or go to VM...I've left several messages & no call back.at this point I'm just getting a new dr.. this is by far the worst clinic ever!!

I have been coming here for many years, Dr Hyder Mukadam and Dr Kailash Dhamija are both amazing doctors. Gurpreet was incredible and very helpful with paperwork and translation in punjabi language. I highly recommend this location.

Extremely rude receptionist. We called prior to going to their clinic as they confirmed we can come by anytime that day as “walk-in”, and when we arrived they told us we can’t get lab work until the following week. Found the receptionist to be quite rude and dismissive. When I asked for clarification about the immigration packages, she responded curtly and seemed irritated by my questions. Also, she seems completely unaware of vaccines required by USCIS and just kept on blabbing about what she “knows”. This made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, which is not the experience one expects from a healthcare facility.

Was great that I chose to walk away and went to another clinic who got my forms done same day, without blood work needed and my residency got approved this week.

I hope the clinic can address this issue and provide better training or guidance to the front desk staff to ensure all patients are treated with respect and kindness. The first point of contact at a clinic sets the tone for the entire visit, and it's important that patients feel valued from the moment they walk in.

Thank you for your review.As i remember speaking to you over the phone regarding your wife's and your blood test results.I told you your wife's report are ready in quest and we can set up a appointment to discuss reports.As for you your reports were in Lab corp lab.You even asked me why it is not in quest since you have quest portal to see reports.
Please check your facts before you slander a clinic's reputation.
It is against law to discuss anyone's medical records with anyone else other than the person himself/herself.

First you need to change your receptionist so much attitude. Never pickup the call. I had an appointment at 2pm but I called them from morning 10 am to confirmed nobody answered the phone till 1:54pm. I asked them it’s okay if I come for Checkup 10 to 15 mins later and they told me to come but later they denied that for picked up call and talked with me. So ridiculous…

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I recently visited Dr. Dhameja's office, and I felt compelled to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. Unfortunately, my time there was far from satisfactory.

From the moment I walked in, I encountered two receptionists who displayed an astonishing level of rudeness, immaturity, and unprofessionalism. Their behavior was simply unacceptable, and it set a negative tone for the entire visit.

As for the medical treatment, I was hopeful that Dr. Dhameja would be able to help me, but I left deeply disappointed. Not only did the doctor's prescription prove to be ineffective, but it also made me question the quality of care I received. It's disheartening when you entrust your health to a medical professional, only to find yourself with no improvement or relief.

I would strongly advise anyone considering a visit to this office to think twice. Quality healthcare should be a priority, and it's evident that there are significant issues within this practice that need to be addressed.

In conclusion, my experience at Dr. Dhameja's office was marked by unprofessionalism, rudeness, and ineffective medical care. I hope this review helps others make an informed choice about their healthcare providers. It's essential to prioritize your health and well-being, and this office fell short of meeting those expectations.
