I went to Urgent Care for a sore throat, and was expecting to find I had strep. When that was negative they decided it would be best to do an EKG and start diving deeper. They found a more serious issue, and offered to escort me to the ER via Ambulance. At the ER those initial results were confirmed, and more tests done, and they discovered the issue was very recent, and no permanent damage had been done. They quickly worked with my own specialist and came up with a plan. The staff at Brockton Urgent Care was absolutely incredible all around. Rather than just sending me home, I truly felt cared for, and those extra steps likely saved my life. Thank you so much, from myself, and my entire family.

The nurses n receptionist were great told it would be about 1/12 hrs which a as fine. Til I noticed people that came in after me were being taken care of .It apostate first come first serve so I went out to the the hall and asked the Dr why he was so rude just wait ur turn ,I tried to say it was my turn 3 people ago the just walked a way how rude!😡feeling g sick as a dog I just up n left BTW the Dr can't even take care n of his own teeth talk about brown yuck!!! Never again will I go to that location

I have received great care hear. Like anywhere time to be seen can vary to getting in fast or having to wait for sometime. You really can’t tell which you will get, but the service is great.

This place is great. The front desk staff were friendly and got my information in quickly. The nurses were so kind and reassuring and the doctor was knowledgeable, kind and reassuring as well! The office itself is bright, spacious, welcoming and clean. I was in and out in about 30 minutes when I headed in at 12:45am. I have bad anxiety and they were very understanding about it and reassured me. I’m VERY grateful that this place is open 24/7 and so close to home. I recommended it to all my family!

Most of the time you are in and out relatively fast, depending on the time of day. The nurse practitioners are amazing, and the nurses are as well. I've only had one bad experience there in the past two years. It's the best Urgent Care in the area.

It says they close at 2:00 but I was there with my two young kids at 1:00 and told by the receptionist that they had over an hour wait and closed in 30 minutes. Nobody in the waiting room.

This place is incredible - it was the best experience I’ve ever had with health care. The staff and medical team were friendly and efficient. The facilities are new and extremely clean. I was in and out the door, with stitches, in 30 minutes. It was honestly confusing how fast it was, as that’s so rarely the case in urgent care/emergency medicine. This is the kind of medical care we need more of. 12 out of 5 stars.

We went here for an emergency with our 2 year old daughter, w/ a high fever and not feeling good. Every nurse that came in contact with us, and the staff here, were all fabulous! They treated us with such great care and really took the time to be gentle and caring, with our sick little one. The Dr. who saw our daughter was amazing! The nurse was a doll! We had to leave a great review because we were blown away with how nice the staff is here! Commendable work! Thanks so much for making a difficult time, feel a little better for us and our daughter too! Each person we met, was amazing! 👍
