The facilty is very well kept. Employees are very Friendly, and welcoming. The state of art technology check in process was very cool. The environment felt warm and inviting upon entry. The residents I saw were happy and moving about the facilty. The area is easily accessible, plenty of parking. The property is clean, well kept and secure. I would recommend taking a tour.

My 99yr dad was here for hip replacement recovery, at Station 1.
I want to give a big shout out to Alysia Case Manager. She has given top notch care and management of his care. I could always go and ask or express a concern or need information. She never hesitated to direct me or follow up on any concerns. She always made it happen. She goes above and beyond her role as Case Manager and probably carries more than she should. I don't know who the DON is or assistant.
But I could always count on her door being open and she in her office. Or find her on the floor.

It was quite an impressive facility. The people are quite welcoming and helpful. While waiting in the lobby I observe how well the staff assist the patients and guided the visitors. Good job team!

I'm not 100% sure I like my face stored in a system I didn't buy, but it is convenient and fast to check in.

The place seems to be clean and the staff is definitely friendly.

I would give 5 stars but I've only been there twice and since they literally have people's lives in their hands I can't just give away a 5 star rating without knowing more.

I'm not sure what we're rating here. The new sign -in system makes sense but I would like reassurance my image will never be shared in a shared data pool.
If we're rating patient care, the longtime care-giving staff are a treasure and I am very grateful for their care of my son. He is bed-bound and has cognitive damage but they relate to him with respect. When I visit, if I have a concern or request, they respond quickly and kindly.
As far as patients in other situations, it is the staffing numbers and attitudes of the caregivers that makes the difference. People here are kind. Staffing numbers are state mandated. Any patient in any extended care facility will do better if they have an advocate. This facility is not high end, but it can work.

Worst facility ever don’t send your family here. Residents very dry and dirty even the hands and foot very long fingernails very dirty rooms garbage is everywhere and smells stinks of urine. Infection control all the time maybe they don’t know what is it mean even dsd Merle doesnt care at all. Both station 3 and 1 same dirty and messy rooms no plastic bag. No answer the call light quickly residents soaking wet.
