A total waste of my time! I am writing this review so that you don't waste your time with this provider. I used to come to this place a few years back for my back injury, it was fine. But, I called the other day and wanted to get acupuncture treatment. The front desk mentioned there MAY be additional charges for other services, and I can discuss it with the physician. This makes sense. But, when I was seeing the physician, she insisted that they don't offer acupuncture by itself, but only with other add-on services, such as ultrasound, etc. I understand they may not make a lot of money just offering acupuncture so they want additional revenues, but they should have just made it super clear to the customers. Why didn't they do that? I don't know. But, I left without getting the ridiculous additional treatment. I am going to report it to the BBB. And if you just want simple and straightforward acupuncture service, avoid this place!

Reception in the morning doesn't have a good customer service. So sarcastic! Don't go on this place. And they will always charge you higher. They will charge you for mor e services. They cant just do acupuncture or chiro. And the receptionist doesn't clearly explain it. There's a lot of facility out there. Save your time!

Worst experience ever at a Chiropractor's office. This place is the reason why people don't trust chiropractors. in 2023. I was a patient at Walnut Natural Health and I had a good experience and paid out of pocket rather than try to get my insurance to approve it. This week when my back issues flared back up I attempted to make an appointment with the chiropractor. When I first called in, Grace was impatient and rude. She repeatedly gave me misinformation about my own health insurance after I explained to her multiple times I already spoke to my insurance and I knew what was covered and my copay. Grace was so upsetting I asked to speak to someone else. Elaine took the call and made me an appointment, but it felt she was trying to talk me out of their services. When I showed up for my appointment today the ladies in the office, Elaine and another who refused to give her name were patronizing, rude and completely lacking in care. Elaine told me three times my claim would be denied by my insurance because that's what usually happens with Kaiser. Elaine told me to come back and did not open the door for me. I am in immense pain, can barely sit or stand, but sure, opening a heavy door is a great choice (sarcasm). Those people have absolutely no business working in the medical field of customer service. I tried to discuss the way I was treated with the Dr. and he was unbelievably unprofessional and lacking in empathy or care. He even had the audacity to say he did not remember treating me. I felt unsafe in the practice, so I asked for my money back and left without receiving treatment. I immediately called the second office that my insurance referred me to and they were kind and booked me an appointment for today without any push back and graciously said they would take my insurance with no problem.

I’ve been coming here for treatment for a year and half. Even though the drive is almost an hour for me, I always look forward to my visit. Everyone there is so kind and thoughtful. I can tell that they genuinely care about my health and my overall being.

I’ve been getting acupuncture treatments from Dr. Wu for a herniated disc. When I first saw her I could barely walk and was in such excruciating pain. I had seen four other doctors by this point and all they did was guess and poke around. Dr. Wu was smart and cautious in her approach. She sent me to get an MRI and once she was sure of a diagnosis, she proceeded with treatment. After a few sessions, the pain was finally decreasing and I could walk again! Now, I continue to see her once a month for maintenance (or more if I have a flare up).

I also get a monthly massage with Alaina. Her knowledge about the body is insane! She can touch an area and seemingly know in an instant what is going on. The combination of her massage and Dr. Wu’s acupuncture have been life altering.

Dr. Wu is a very patient oriented Acupuncturist and helps me a lot for the past half year. She specializes in back and spine injury and can help me with my chronic back problem very quickly. She also went extra miles to help me with my IC condition and reduce my painful symptoms. Highly recommend her clinic.

I was seeing Dr Wu since I moved to California from 2011. Dr Wu is not a average chiropractor and acupunture, she care about every single patient and treat them just like her family .
I refer her to every friends who need acupunture services and all of my friends felt the same way. Don't forget make appointment with masseur Helen and she is the best masseur I ever tried in my life.
