Deserves a zero, and to be closed or sold to a capable healthcare system. They should be forced to be sold. I witnessed Dr. Carlos Wise, not order basic standard of care, for my loved one in the ER. Dr. Wise couldn’t care less, and only ordered standard care when my loved one was on the cusp of coding. Unethical, negligent, and harmful! I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here, not even for a broken finger. Close this place if you can’t render basic standard of care.

Forced our child to take an ambulance ride over the flu. And express countless times the severity of the matter and even stated that we could drive her ourselves. But after sitting in the patient room for over an hour and 45 minutes. The ambulance finally arrives. Just for us to sit in the ambulance Bay for another 20 minutes! What a joke!.. Next time don't force thousands of dollars on somebody with a ambo ride if you can't even do your job efficiently and get the ambulance there in the amount of time it would have taken us to drive!!!!! Just go to a major hospital People do not waste your time here at all!!!!

My brother was here after a hip surgery in the swing bed for therapy- nurses were very nice - compared to other hospitals and therapy units this place is very poor on the amount of therapy they offer!! They kept wanting to put my brother in the nursing home saying he wasn’t getting better ( X-ray showed screw had moved into his femur) I finally asked to have him moved to encompass in newnan where he got excellent care ( better food that wasn’t burnt) more rehabilitation but when it was all said and done he still couldn’t walk good . Ct scan showed surgery didn’t take and the metal had gone into his pelvis causing severe pain . My suggestion to warm springs hospital is instead of trying to send ALL your patients to nursing homes why not try to get down to the REAL REASON they can’t get better and try to help them . My opinion warm springs is just out for money and don’t care about the patients

I am very Thankful that this hospital is available for our community. I really want to Praise the crew that was working the evening of September 25 2023 . Mr. Ron, Mr. John and Dr Wise are an awesome team in the ER . These three men saved my husbands life and for that I will always be Thankful and Grateful for The Warm Springs Medical Center . Mr. Ron thanks for that gut feeling you had.

The worst hospital you can visit. My visit of the night of 08/09/2023 was A complete nightmare!! The Doctor “Dr.Warren” that night was very very rude!!! Nasty!!! I will never return to this hospital again even if it is very close!! The doctor there that he was only A “family doctor” and I need to go somewhere else and I said I thought this was A emergency room, He pretty much told me that he was NOT going to give me anything for A infection that I had came for and I needed to let another doctor handle it. The way I have been treated and I’m seating here now was awful and I asked him why was he being so rude to me and I said you don’t have to be and I said it in A real nice respectful way, and he turned around and said I think we are done here closed the door and left me sitting in this room no discharge papers or anything yet!!! This place is A joke and I just could not believe that this is happening!!! This doctor almost made me feel as though I was welcomed here and as if he personally had something against me!!! By the time I did get discharge papers they were brought by A nurse… Rude staff!!!

I’am a licensed practical nurse, and was assigned to the 7pm to 7am shift, overseeing the care of 21 patients in a rehabilitation setting. On 11/18/2023
I was working with only one Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the floor. We encountered a challenging situation when one of our patients became combative, repeatedly attacking the CNA and throwing himself on the floor. ( I was also very new to their EMAR system, which took sometime figuring out. As well as having to look for medications not in the Cart, hang feeding tubes and spoon feed some residents their medication one at a time). This situation required immediate attention and intervention, which inevitably delayed the routine administration of medication to the other patients. While I was attending to the fifth to last patient,(her father was actually the very next person on my list)
The CEO Karen Daniels,(white) approached me and instructed me to prioritize the administration of medication to her father, ahead of the other residents. I respectfully declined her request, explaining that it was necessary for me to adhere to the established medication schedule and that her father would receive his medication as soon as I could get to him. But I will not prioritize him over the other patients unless he has an emergency or in severe pain. She yelled at me and told me to leave the premises and subsequently, She called the police. I found this reaction to be disproportionate and distressing. I believe that her actions were not only discriminatory but also a violation of the rights of the other patients under my care. I am committed to providing the highest standard of care to all patients, regardless of their background or personal connections. I believe that all patients should be treated equally and that their care should not be compromised due to personal or privileged interests. Nurses, CNAs and healthcare workers in general, deal with so much abuse from staff, management, and even residents and we’re not protected. As a black nurse we face so much racism and are bullied and this has to stop. Her calling the police on me was heartbreaking and caused me much anxiety where I’m unsure of continuing practicing nursing for actually following the rules! I would give zero stars if I could.
