I wouldn't recommend necessarily. I waited over 2hrs and they mixed the patients. Alot of disconnect.You'll get what you need but I just wouldn't recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE! I strongly advise against choosing the Washington Neighborhood Health Clinic as your primary doctor's office. While the doctors and providers are friendly, the clinic's service is very inconsistent and extremely frustrating. You'll never be able to get ahold of them! It's nearly impossible to reach them via phone. You have to keep calling constantly for them to answer, otherwise they make you leave a message and wait for them to call you back. What if it is an urgent matter? Unacceptable. Many of the front desk girls are rude and unfriendly, treating you as if you are bothering them. I'm warning people not to go here due to these significant issues in accessing care and extremely poor customer service. I switched to another doctor's office and couldn't believe how much better my experience was. I don't know why I put up with this office for so long.

im not understanding why no one ever answers the phone. Imagine being told to follow up with your primary care doctor and you can't even get in touch with them! beyond frustrating especially when you're in urgent need!

Even though it's behind a school and not always much parking especially during pick up time I absolutely loved this little clinic. All the staff here are amazing. So helpful, great with follow ups and calling just to check up and for the most part appts are easy to make, not a month out like most other clinics. I unfortunately had a change in insurance so can't go here anymore but I will miss the staff.

This is a great clinic. Every time I came in they always treated me with respect and privacy. The receptionists are lovely, doctors are amazing along with everyone. I highly recommend this clinic as it has genuinely made my life better and I can not thank them enough for that.

Impossible to reach the office by telephone, so frustrating. Rescheduled my appointment twice and they missed a phone appointment that they had scheduled for me. Very disappointing service.

I get anxiety whenever I have to call here. For the most part they don't answer the phone. Supposedly they close at 4:30pm but sometimes I call at 2pm, other times at 10am, my calls vary throughout the day and all I get is an answering machine to leave a message.
