My husband and I are self employed long haul truckers and live in Randle. Dr Lisa has been my doctor for 3 or 4 years now. She and the clinic staff have addressed every medical concern that I have had during that time, whether in person, texting, or by phone. I am a member of their direct care clinic and additionally am a member of Christian Healthcare Ministries, which I have in case I need expertise and care beyond what the clinic can provide. I love the business model they use. It allows for more time with the doctor at a lower cost than I would pay for insurance. The cost of labs, MRIs, and xrays are very inexpensive through their system and it is at my doctor's discretion. Several years ago I hurt my right shoulder and my right arm lost strength. I think I paid about $300 for the MRI and was able to get it scheduled and done, and then received diagnosis very quickly. I am very pleased with the clinic and highly recommend them.

Dr. Paul Williams and staff, from Jennifer at front desk to every nurse I have seen, are amazing! Compassionate, caring, and of course beyond competent! They all care and you can feel it as soon as you walk in the door. The care I have received is by far above and beyond any expectations I had or could have hoped for. Highly recommended! I have been a patient here for a few months now and I simply cannot say enough about how great they are. Every member of the staff is extremely pleasant and welcoming every time I come in. They offer a very unique pricing structure that makes having medical care affordable for the uninsured and she is one of the best doctors I have ever had, she cares about her patients and it shows.

Best place ever to receive loving family medical care! I have been with Washington Park for 30 years and have seen every Doctor, PAC, Nurse and office person there, including Dr Ken Williams. (Who remembers this great Doctor?) Everyone that has chosen a different path, has been missed. I thank our Heavenly Father for all the blessings I have received through this wonderful medical center. I have been going to Washington Park Direct care for approximately a year..
It has been a great experience all around. Jennifer the manager/receptionist I great she is aways ready for you with a smile and a wave. She also knows you by name! Jennifer is full of information and resources that she shares with patents and is always available to help in any way. The nurses are fun, caring and knowledgeable. They are gentle and quick, they also encourage you to do what you need to do, not letting you slack on tests, paperwork or appointments (either with them or other medical appointments that are needed).
When I moved to Washington in May of 2018, needed to put together a new team of Doctors.
For my primary physician I really wanted a female. Someone who could and would be able to understand, female problems as well as my Autoimmune Diseases: Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, Rheumatiod Arthritis, Lupus and Sjogren’s disease. And that doesn't include hypothyroidism, high cholesterol, Depression and anxiety disorder.
I was very lucky to find that with Dr Lisa Neff DO. She is real. She doesn't pat you on the head, or try to candy coat it. She tells it like it is. Not that she doesn't care because she does. I think she just wants the information to be clear and understandable to her patients

Dr Lisa is an amazing Dr and person. She talks with you about reasons you are there to see her as well as what is happening in your life: work, family, friends, living situation, and anything else that the two of us may want or need to talk about. I am extremely lucky to have such a wonderful, talented, knowledgeable, and up to date physician in my corner.

I truly recommend Dr Lisa and the Washington Park Direct Care folks to anyone needing or wanting a professional, competent and friendly Dr's office, this the place!
