This was a great experience, I was taken in within a timely manner, staff's treatment was above expectation. The ladies were more like talking to family. With diligent care and a follow up they said I was healing well from an unknown bite ( possible Recluse). She was very pleased. I felt that i was listened too with concern and gave a diagnosis with her knowledge of helping my wound heal. Thanks to all and I highly recommend this clinic for any of your health needs. Never billing issues and very prompt at getting you seen.

That was the first time I ever been there. It was very clean and very pleasant The staff was awesome. Even though there was a little bit of a wake it was not that bad. Once I got in there and got out they were very caring. I will definitely go back again and I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience and I won’t hesitate to go back if ever necessary! I had an accident and cut my finger. The staff was very prompt on getting me seen, stitched and taken care of, and released. 10/10 experience and I will recommend to anyone!!

Worst ER. I was told to not bother talking because my mental disability, PTSD, causes me to be aggressive , defensive, and swear. I was treated like a nuisance and a liar because the stroke I suffered didn't show up on the CT scan. It took them 45 minutes before getting me into a CT scan at all. They took their sweet time putting the EKG leads on. They disregarded my breathing problems and inability to catch my breath when my oxygen levels were at 100% even though I still couldn't and even now still can't catch my breath. They refused to do further testing to rule out a pulmonary embolism, etc, refused an iron panel to rule out anemia using ferreting levels, etc. They go off face value "should be". If I die, it's because of them.

Wonderful staff ? ⚕️ very helpful and friendly ? ? did more than other places like North ark hospital in Harrison. Gave us more information about him then they did and y'all done more for him. And we think you very much for helping us.

My husband and I had been having sinus/cold symptoms for approx. one week and we couldn't shake it. We walked into the clinic and checked in. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We didn't have to wait long to be seen. We were seen by Regina Jeffrey APRN. She was thorough in her examination. Very nice. I would recommend her. This clinic is very good.

Great place. I go in weekly for allergy shots. Always treated like a person not a number. The few times I've gone in for something else, the wait has always been less than 15 minutes. I love I can schedule ahead!

Was being seen for flu symptoms but was given EKG and was told I needed to go to ER for more cardiac testing and that cough syrup as well as some other meds were to be called in.
Went to ER and my heart was fine. Apparently the leads were not making proper contact so I spent a couple hours at ER for no reason.

Went to pharmacy expecting to pick up cough syrup but instead was prescribed vistaril / hydroxizine which is for anxiety.

What the hell

Either terrible error or dangerous prescribing going on.
