Washington Regional Urgent Care is fantastic. They’re quick, efficient, and genuinely care about their patients. I’ve been really impressed with how organized they are, from the way they handle visits to their helpful reminders.

The nurse practitioners are amazing, especially Chris. She has a way of making an urgent care visit feel more like sitting down with a family doctor you’ve known for years. She’s kind, attentive, and really takes the time to listen.

If you need urgent care, this is the place to go. They make what could be a stressful experience so much easier.

The care my family and I received at this urgent care was exceptional. This is our go-to urgent care for this reason. everybody is so nice, friendly and accommodating. The nurses go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Especially one specific nurse named Christian. He was fantastic with my 5 and 2 year old when they were sick and having to get swabbed. The Dr is great with us too. I also like that you can "hold your place in line" by filling out a form online which just makes things super easy and convenient. I would recommend this office.

I have visited the Bentonville and the Pleasant Grove location and have been sincerely fulfilled with my appointments. The staff is always so friendly, and caring! My wait has never been outrageous, and the one time my appointment was slightly delayed everyone was so apologetic it made me feel bad almost! Seriously though, I am now using them as my PCP because I feel so comfortable in their facilities with their staff. 10/10 would recommended for any illness! I was in and out with my diagnosis in under an hour and left without feeling like no one heard me!

Both my children were seen a couple weeks prior for strep. But we’re still dealing with bad coughs and some wheezing. I took them into the Rogers clinic where Gigi up front greeted us with a smile and welcoming tone as we sat and waited to be see by Chris Metz, who both my kids adore! Both children were assessed and given treatment needed individually. My kids were treated like little celebrities and June made my son feel so very comfortable when it was time to get his chest Xray. My daughter received a nebulizer breathing treatment and she felt almost immediate relief. We were sent home with answers, medicine and relief. We do not go anywhere else for care because of the way the office and staff here treat myself and my family. We will be returning again for any additional care.
