Steer clear of this unprofessional person!! I handle all repairs for many major home rental companies i. The area. I gave this “company” a call and from the first call he (Thomas A Chatham) was very combative and rude. I had to ask him if he really wanted to do this job? He assured me that he was ready to do it and the next morning he went out to the home.. He told me the cost of the repair (which was sky high) of the well pump and I relayed it to the approval team.. I advised him that approval for the fix could be approved today or he may have to come back tomorrow. He was told this the day before going. Once onsite he (very rudely) told me that if he had to come back it would be an extra $250. I advised him to wait 30 minutes and I would have an answer. Instead of waiting, he gave the tenant my personal phone number and had them call me while badmouthing me to her. She was a very sweet lady who even apologized for him (when she is the one out of water). I advised him to leave this site and the extra $250 would be approved. He then called me and told me to go if*** myself and I told him to leave and not to return. Then I called the tenant to apologize for his behavior and could hear him slamming things into his truck. Then he gave her his personal card and said a few choice things about me. She was relieved that he left because of his unprofessionalism. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as you can from this guy because he is unpredictable, crude and unprofessional. I thought he would fix the problem but he showed up and made it way worse. I could tell that the tenant was a nervous wreck due to his childish behavior and I reassured her that we would get her problem taken care of without this person. My only wish at this point is that I could have given him 0 stars!

Caused a leak on our pump then when we had him come check the leak, said it was condensation. Had to pay someone else $325 to repair the leak he caused. On the plus, he was quick to respond.

If this were a negative star rating, I would give it. He overcharged me, then left my yard completely trashed. I had to dispose of a heavy well pipe on my own. Unprofessional, offensive, and complete lack of integrity. Don't use Water Processing & Well Supply Harpersville! Find a more reputable business to work with.

TERRIBLE! He charged me double what my neighbor paid and when I asked him why he said “ Parts have gone up” He was supposed to come back and finish when the part came in for the hand pump and it’s been 2 years and he will not answer my calls.
