The staff here are all so friendly and knowledgeable. Visiting here you face people that found their calling, so sympathetic towards pets and pet owners. Reasonably priced as well. I bring all my pets In need of care here.

Very disappointed, had an appointment at 8:30 AM today for a drop off appt for my dog cause they couldn't get me any regular appt to see my dog until the end of December, I explained to them that is urgent to be seen and they are my dog regular vet. Called me at 8:30 while I was almost there to cancel it. Gave me another drop off option on Thursday and I told them I already had to make arrangements for today and I want her to be seen tomorrow-Wednesday if not today (Tuesday), they told me to go to emergency (the appointment they cancelled today was made a week ago). They do not seem to care much about their clients and/or their pets. I guess business is good so why bother. I will be looking to find another vet for both of my dogs as after today's experience I cannot trust them to provide good care.

Absolutely love this place!!! Dr Mulder, Donna, Adrian and the rest of the staff there is amazing!!! Been taking my pup there for 14+ years! Always the best care, and truly caring people! The rare occasions we had to go to other places reinforced how important it is to have a great primary Dr for the fur babies!

Been dealing with Donna and the gang over here for about 16 plus years. But even before that I remember going here with my parents cats as a young child so probably been going here atleast 30+ years now. I will always go to them for my needs. They took my dehydrated lil girl (cat) on short notice and patched her up really nicely. I just wanted to stop by and give them an honest rating because they desrve it! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!

The people make the place. From the moment I walked in the door 22 years ago it was abundantly clear….these care givers know all about animals and their sometimes hapless handlers. And yet, each staff member was ready, willing and able to offer more than a little love with every visit. A business doesn’t get much better. Thank you.

Our dog has been going there since a pup, 11.5 years. Love Donna who manages the front desk--Always kind and our dog loves her! We order his prescription food there and they also provide his medical care. We will continue going there as long as our fur baby is happy!
